“I buy and sell art, and coordinating packing and shipping is almost always a nightmare. I reached out to several of the suggested shippers on Bonham's Auction list and Pak Mail was super reasonable and attentive to my needs. My Mother had passed away this week and I was dreading dealing with unreasonable pack and ship stores, but Pak Mail was fantastic. Their quote was far less than the others, and the folks I was communicating with were very friendly and caring. I bid often with Bonhams, and going forward I will only use Pak Mail in Fitchburg.”
“I have been going to Staples on and off over the past 20 years plus for different reasons (ink, supplies, UPS drop off, copies, etc). I found out about UPS store and drop off differences when I had to return a cable box. Not their (Staples) fault, and there was a local store close by but not anymore. So now with Amazon I have to use the drop off and pay extra money $6.99 for box and label even though I have the original box. Again NOT Staples fault! Thank you Staples for your services!”
“Let's admit it, going to a postal office is usually pretty stress inducing - at least for me! The lines, the attitudes, the staff, ugh.
However, I recently had to mail important information and decided to to to USPS in Holden. It was great! The staff was friendly and they were able to mail my letter and it was in-and-out.
I will come to branch next time!”
“Had a great customer service experience here at Staples. The two female assistants that took care of me were absolutely amazing. They were so nice and helpful and handled all of my concerns. A Plus talent all the way. Amazing customer service. It’s so nice to see in these trying times.”
“Staples has found ways to make their brick and mortar stores relevant. Between handling returns from online vendors, providing passport photos and all the print and copying functions and having basic needs in stock, I have recently been going to Staples at least once or twice a week. This is a HUGE deviation from prior to Amazon returns, when I went there maybe once every 5 years. Kudos Staples.”

“We went there last weekend to get our passports and Chris was amazing! I was confused by the paperwork and Chris was so patient and helped us get it all straightened out. I had my 2 and 5 year old who weren’t easy but Chris was kind and patient trying to get their pictures. Chris also was able to help other customers while he helped us too, star employee ! Thank you Chris !”

“Always friendly staff, plenty of parking. This post office has always been helpful. They are closed on national holidays, which is normal, so not a complaint. The hours are great. The always have good stock of priority boxes too. It's easy to get to as well being right in the downtown area.”
“Nick was an extremely helpful person at the service desk. He was polite, quick, efficient and had an excellent customer service attitude. That was surprising to me because he told me he had to be on his feet virtually the whole day. I guess that puts an end to My idea of working for the post office unless I can get a part-time job!By the way if, somebody helps you at any kind of business or service and has a really good attitude, make a point of telling them so. I know from decades as a business owner that finding people with a good customer service attitude is harder than people think. so the next time somebody does the good job make sure to tell them so, because I assure you hear a lot more negative comments than positive ones! In case you haven’t noticed, the last few years there are a lot of people in custom service that shouldn’t be in any kind of customer facing job period!!!”

I say this only to point out that I've dealt with many different postal employees and many post offices. The Gardner community has a great crew of knowledgeable, friendly, and truly helpful staff to meet our individual needs!”
“Carlos stayed late in order to facilitate a package, and despite the fact that it ran late he provided excellent customer service and spent the time to determine the correct way of shipping our package. We feel awful, but it was an amazing experience”

(i.e. Lunenburg) ….This was not the case at this post office today when I met Nikki. She was extremely pleasant, personable, and professional. I’ve never met her before, but if we could all be more like Nikki, we’d be better off. Ty Nikki. ….PRP.”
“Nice helpful people here. One star off is because my phone delivery was misplaced and this location was the last dropped off place of the item, but they didn't know where to find it. It eventually arrived 5 days after scheduled delivery date”
