“I had the most wonderful experience at this location. I was working with King, who was so extremely helpful and personable. At various times throughout my new phone purchase, the store got super busy and King handled what could have been very an overwhelming situation, seamlessly. I have been to other Verizon locations in other areas/states and I can genuinely say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had getting/setting up a new phone. Despite the late hour, the technician kindly let me in, finished up his other work, and then took the time to review my phone. Fortunately, it turned out to be a minor issue with the screen connection, and he fixed it in no time. Even though it was well past closing, he didn’t charge me anything. I wanted a white phone which they did not have in stock but Nick was able to personally go to another Verizon store to get me the white phone. I google so many places but I couldn't find one that I can go physically to take care of it. Then I found The Fix, nice people very professional.
