“Tom was absolutely wonderful. We had to rebook a rental car last minute as our original rental cancelled our booking and went through Uber rentals, which then booked us a vehicle through Avis. We flew into Boston-Logan and were unaware of how far apart these two airports are, especially landing at 4pm and having to get from Boston-Logan to Norwood during rush hour. Tom made our trip happen. He was very understanding and accommodating. We needed a very large SUV to fit a mattress since we planned on sleeping in the vehicle for 3/7 nights of our first trip to the North East. He was so kind and understanding. We ended up getting to Avis 45min after they closed due to the heavy traffic we did not expect upon arrival and the distance we had to travel. He went above and beyond for us as he could have easily said we had to come back the next day or rented our vehicle to another customer. He even looked up how much it would cost for the same vehicle at Boston-Logan and saved us $2000 since it was that much more expensive there. We could not be more thankful for Tom and his excellent customer service to go above and beyond for us. We highly recommend Avis to anyone looking for a rental car in Norwood! Thank you so much!”

“I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service in a timely manner at extremely fair prices. I use this company for towing my travel trailer around. The owner is a great guy helped me out when I purchased my trailer (from seprate conpany) and showed me how to set everything up and told me to give him a call if I had any questions or concerns. “Great location and great staff. I see some people complaining about wait times and having to show proof of employment. if you are getting a discount from your job then be grateful. I certainly am, because if people abuse the discount then everyone stops getting the discount. In this business wait times are normal. I rent all the time and sometimes it's fast sometimes it's not but this is the norm. price is great here and the staff is wonderful. It's a tough business and they do great with the provided resources.”

“I picked up a car at the last minute July 4th holiday weekend. The staff was professional, friendly and courteous. The car was a 2021 Toyota Corolla. It provided to me with a dirty windshield (inside and out) and a dirty rear window. I had to clean them to ensure visibility. The inside of the car was worn and dirty. As far as operation, the vehicle performed well and seemed to be in good mechanical condition.
When I picked up the rental, I was helped by Jc Urbaez who was very professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. When I dropped off the car, Enterprise rep Zachary Babcock helped me and he asked me whether I had been satisfied with the rental. I told him all the above. Mr. Babcock listened to my concerns, apologized for the condition of the car, gave me a credit towards the rental, and told me he would send the car out for detailing. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and responsive to my concerns.
Because of how I was treated I will rent from Enterprise again, despite the poor condition of the car, in terms of cleanliness, I received.”
