“I had the unfortunate experience of dropping my I phone in hot tub. It was working but screen was flashing and barely visible. I brought my new I phone to this store and had 2 wonderful people help me with the impossible. Couldn’t remember my password for I cloud to transfer data. Lots of trial and error. After 2trips to the store, and given a final and only Hail Mary Pass, I was sent home with written instructions, step by step that might restore password with my at home WiFi. It worked! “Matt is great!! The other day I plugged the flash drive that holds my wedding videos into my computer & when I went to eject it, it broke into 3 pieces. After doing some research, I reached out to Matt & he had me bring the flash drive by his office. In less than 5 minutes, he was able to fix the flash drive & access the videos that I was so scared I lost. He is extremely kind & professional & I will absolutely use his services in the future!”
