“I had to make an appointment for service because my IPhone was not working and doing all kinds of crazy things. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and directed to a table. Matt then came over to help me about 5-8 minutes later. Matt asked me some questions and began to figure out my problem. Matt explained everything he wanted to try and how the process was going to happen. It took a while but Matt was able to get my phone working perfectly within about 30 minutes. There was no charge as it was an Apple software problem. Matt is very knowledgeable and personable and is a credit to this Apple location.?”

“Ferdinand is an amazing resource. He comes to the office to fix problems but takes the time to ask questions before coming to see if it can be fixed over the phone. I find him to be very competent, and he has a very friendly and pleasant manner. And he doesn't make us feel like idiots for not being computer literate. He explains things well which really helps. We have found him to be a lifesaver since we are very dependent on our computers and network. It is wonderful to have his expertise available to us. I have worked with several IT people, and he is right at the top. And his fees are very reasonable.”

“These guys will still recycle old electronics. Old wires, chargers, etc. Just no batteries, rechargeable or otherwise. I usually just walk around and scratch my head at the prices however with BB doing away with physical media movies there are some good deals to be had. Good luck to you, best buy.Always been a favorite of mine as a kid. :D”

“Good place to look for a deal. We have a few appliances from here and they are exactly what we wanted and we got them at amazing prices. Some items are better than others you just have to look at what your buying and make sure it has what you need. The employees have always been incredibly helpful even when we were not buying anything and just asking questions.The description on tags saying why returned could be better to eliminate boxes being torn apart in store.”

“why does apple make new cords for all new iPhones they should keep the same plugs all these new accessories can add up in money for 2 phones you're talking 400.00 not many people have all this type of money we should be able to use our old cords to charge the phones”
“Very small store but there is alot packed inside. I went in for 45's and had a pretty good amount (for a small store) records are 3.00 a piece but I asked if he would give me a flat price (think I got like 50 records) He only took off 20 bucks (thought it'd be more than that seeing as it's a small store). Gonna try going into Boston and see if I can get a better deal. But it's not too bad I guess”
