“I wish that I could give Quang and his team 20 stars because they deserve it. Over a 10 year period Quang has refinished the hardwood floors in my first house, my parents' house, and now my second home in Hopkinton and I can not be happier. They are punctual, sent picture updates throughout the day (at the request of my wife), and stayed late (until almost midnight on some days) every day to make sure that my 3600 square foot house was done before we had to move in. The end result was even beyond my expectations and cost thousands less than what others had quoted. Quang is honest, hardworking, and just a great man so he is the only one that I will ever call if I need new floors put in or if I need anything to be refinished. Highly recommend!”

“I went into Richmond Hardware today to find some mechanical bolts and nuts to replace the broken ones on my collapsible camping chair. I was met by the manager/owner(?) who paged an employee to assist me in selecting the proper length and width of the bolts and nuts. Matt examined the broken piece and selected a proper replacement bolt for each of the broken pieces. I thought that I would be spending my afternoon with pliers and a wrench. But to my surprise, Matt attached the bolts and tightened the nuts. I definitely recommend Richmond Hardware for their courteous employees and expert service. Thank you.”

“Amazing! Not in 40 years have I experienced such a professional environment to purchase homeowner landscape equipment. Although their showroom initially appears to be geared to commercial customers, their staff and their knowledge of homeowner concerns are immediately addressed by their friendly staff. From the moment I entered the showroom I got the feeling that regardless of whether you were there to purchase a $5,000 generator or a $250 leaf blower, they treated you professionally and with completeness. Anyone leaving a negative review regarding lack of attentiveness or not handling service issues immediately should reconsider and cut them some slack as they are dealing with "post-COVID" conditions with a lack of skilled labor. They always make great keys and best price around. Definately check here with auto keys 1st, $20 here. Selection isn't perfect,but if you have the chance to save $70 it's worth a check., $90 and $200 at the dealer these days. Especially if I need a few keys. The vale is greater or better than chain stores.
