“Spent hour & 1/2 on phone with cable set up an appointment.,, got a call from “advanced tech” had me plug & unplug box to tell me wasn’t the box it was the tv,, placed a call to John mostly to ask charge to check, John very patiently spent time with me on phone & felt it was in fact my cable box but he would look at the tv. Packed it up & drive to the shop. John met me at door carried it into the shop, plugged it in, connected it to cable & wa la!! He was very knowledgeable, explained things clearly & patient with this technically challenged senior. 5 stars not enough!!”

“I live just up the street from here,and shop here almost daily,due to my schedule, mostly during evening hours.The staff I deal with regularly, are without a doubt some of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met in retail!However, I made the mistake of going there during the day a couple times recently, and I have to say, it's like night and day! The people they have working up front, at self check during the day are rude, and have no customer service skills whatsoever! I spent 25mins. Just trying to get the register at self check out to take my 5 dollar bill, I asked several different staff members if they could help me, or exchange my 5 for a newer bill or 5 ones, but they claimed their register was locked, another one said , I would have to void out my whole thing and try a different register, so I did, and another 15mins later had the same result. And still, was on my own to figure it out .. my total was around $40, everything was paid except $4.45 , it just refused to take my 5 bucks, eventually I got so frustrated, I just slammed the 5 down on the register and got out of there.. I made a note, to only shop there at night when the 2 super nice ladies, who work around self check out are on duty, they really are awesome! They know me by name, and they spoil my little dog (who goes everywhere with me) they carry treats with them, and he always looks for them. I think their names are Pam and Deb, or Donna, I'm terrible with names, but the main ladies that work up front around self checkout. Anyway I just can't say enough about them! There's even been a couple times over this last year that I went over my cc limit, by a couple bucks, embarrassing as it was, instead of having to put something back, Pam just whips out a couple of ones and a minute later, I was on my way!! Where are u gonna find good, genuine, people who will help a customer, they don't even know personally?? They make me feel welcome, and for that, I'll continue to shop there regularly!But only at night, you couldn't pay me to shop there during the day.”

“The Norton CVS is without a doubt the best CVS I have ever been to. There is a young lady (Julie) who works at the prescription drop-off / vaccine sign-in counter. She is absolutely wonderful. She is very professional, caring, friendly and she does whatever she can do to expedite whatever you have going on and get you moving on your way. Whenever I visit this particular CVS, I feel like I am being well cared for; like you should in a pharmacy. I have dealt with at the very least three different pharmacists face-to-face and they were all easy to interact with. “There is an employee at the Target in Somerville on Somerville Ave that really deserves the Best Employee Award. I am a vendor for a number of clients within Target. I have been to several of your stores and have never received the respect and willingness to help like I have when I go to store 1441 in Somerville and the reason is because of one young man Alessandro Mejia. Alessandro is an amazing young man, who always has a quite serene sincere smile on his face, he is incredibly knowledgeable about this store and I know this because my questions regarding any client in the store are always answered correctly and with confidence. He is definitely going places and if you’re smart you should make sure it’s up and not out! If anyone deserves to be recognized for doing above and beyond everyday it’s this incredible young man, Alessandro Mejia.”
