“I had the pleasure of working with Joseph on two occasions over the past week. He was extremely thorough and provided amazing support. In a busy store, he did not make me feel rushed at all and took the time to explain the different options to me. I will definitely be returning to the store if needed because of the amazing assistance I received.”

“Two days ago I went in thinking they just had electronics, but their variety really surprised me. Their prices surprised me even more. I bought a switch from them for 170. John was great, really nice and personable. Without asking he dropped the price 10 dollars for me. I’ll definitely be checking out what they got more often. I saw a PS5 in there for 300.”

“My husband and I have been going to this location for a long time and believe the most knowledgeable and most helpful associate is Derek. I cannot say enough good things about him! On busier days, he is multi-taskful, trying to accommodate every customer who enters the door. At times, we have come in after work and he has stayed to help us out, no matter the issue..... even if it isn't an actual phone issue, but an app. He is always accommodating and has helped us find more affordable plans that work for our family, as well as newer phones. For those reasons, even if there was a bit of a wait, we are happy to wait patiently because we know he is committed to giving the best customer service possible while gaining customer loyalty. Thank you!!”

“There is an employee at the Target in Somerville on Somerville Ave that really deserves the Best Employee Award. I am a vendor for a number of clients within Target. I have been to several of your stores and have never received the respect and willingness to help like I have when I go to store 1441 in Somerville and the reason is because of one young man Alessandro Mejia. Alessandro is an amazing young man, who always has a quite serene sincere smile on his face, he is incredibly knowledgeable about this store and I know this because my questions regarding any client in the store are always answered correctly and with confidence. He is definitely going places and if you’re smart you should make sure it’s up and not out! If anyone deserves to be recognized for doing above and beyond everyday it’s this incredible young man, Alessandro Mejia.”
