600 S Street West Ste 8, Raynham MA 02767
“I had a stellar experience with Robin Horner on the morning of Saturday, June 28th at the Raynham, MA Comcast/Xfinity location. Thorough, knowledgeable, and with a friendly demeanor, he was able to clear out a previous 'order' (remove a secondary box) and then swap out my modem for an apparently overdue upgrade. I got the runaround from Xfinity assistant (repeated messages telling me I'd get an email when my new equipment shipped), then it took 3 calls to get through to a live representative, who was pleasant and advised I go to a store. Don't ever close this location, Xfinity automated systems do not handle customer concerns well; the phone doesn't even offer an option to speak to a live rep, Xfinity—fix that, please!”

“Brendan was challed with porting my account from ATT to Verizon. I had virtually none of the requird data at hand. He didn't give up or get really frustrated with me. He finally achieved the goal even sold me a new phone to boot. Good job Brendan. Thank you.”

“I recently switched to tmlp from Comcast for my Internet provider and it has been amazing. I cut my cost in half while keeping the same speeds. And most importantly when I call for assistance someone actually answers the phone. Not only does a person answer but they're friendly and helpful.”

“I had the best sale rep at the Belmont store. He went well beyond to help me resolve an issue I was having with my phone. He worked with Customer Service to resolve my issue. I did not feel rushed and he explained everything to me. You need more Sales Representatives like him. Very knowledgeable. 5 star service all around.”
