“I had a stellar experience with Robin Horner on the morning of Saturday, June 28th at the Raynham, MA Comcast/Xfinity location. Thorough, knowledgeable, and with a friendly demeanor, he was able to clear out a previous 'order' (remove a secondary box) and then swap out my modem for an apparently overdue upgrade.
I got the runaround from Xfinity assistant (repeated messages telling me I'd get an email when my new equipment shipped), then it took 3 calls to get through to a live representative, who was pleasant and advised I go to a store.
Don't ever close this location, Xfinity automated systems do not handle customer concerns well; the phone doesn't even offer an option to speak to a live rep, Xfinity—fix that, please!”
