“We had an emergency on a Sunday with my English Bulldog Macy and called VEG in Cambridge. Anna answered the phone and connected me right to a Doctor. I explained my concerns and the fact that my dog has severe anxiety and was put at ease right away and was told that they will do what ever was less stress for Macy when we arrived. Anna greeted us when we walked in and brought us back right away and we're checked in and examined by Dr. Abigail and Eric. Dr. Abigail listened to everything we explained. Dr. Abigail gave us her recommendations and what she would like to do and check in such great detail that we had no questions to ask. AMAZING!!!! Amy Grace our nurse was just as wonderful with her patience, understanding and care again her instructions were so well communicated that we had no follow up questions to ask. While we waited for blood work, Anna from the front came through to check in us and offer us refreshments. Just as important we were able to watch the entire staff care for the other pets with and without their owners there with such kindness, care, and love. I hope to never need another ER visit but if I ever do or someone I know, this is without a doubt the place to go. Thank you all especially Anna, Dr. Abigail, Amy Grace, and Eric.”

“What a find! The Crafty Yankee is one of those great little shops where you want to take everything home. It's just full of perfectly picked items that make you think, 'Yep, that would look great in my house.' It's officially my new go-to for gifts, and the fact that they'll gift wrap for you is a huge plus. “Always beautiful and tasteful arrangements but last week the folks at Pepperberry went above and beyond. I had ordered a floral arrangement and when there was a problem, they offered a refund or a new arrangement. The new arrangement, delivered within 24 hours, was more beautiful than the first!! “Their staff is friendly and helpful, not pushy. Great operations. Once you order the tiles you go to the back for delivery. It’s very efficient. Returns were easy. I got stocked tiles and no questions asked as long as they are in a full box and unopened. Samples are free to take home and there was a huge selection and display. Compared to another tile store I stopped which was manual and antiquated.”
“We had to say goodbye to my Nana today and I placed a floral arrangement to be delivered for the services from Sweetbay. I placed the order online and added a note asking if we could add two ribbons (one for Mom and one for Nana) and requested pastel colors and Irish greenery.
Minutes after placing my order, I received such a nice text from Liz letting me know they’d take great care of this arrangement for me and could accommodate my requests.
I originally requested delivery on Saturday (mass services were on a Monday in the morning) and I didn’t want to risk them not arriving on time since it was just a mass, not a wake/viewing. Liz texted me as we got closer to let me know she contacted the funeral home directly and coordinated a time to deliver the flowers on Monday morning instead.
The arrangement was everything I could have dreamed of and it was absolutely beautiful and arrived on time.
I was so impressed with the care that Liz and her team took to make such a difficult day a little bit easier, I won’t use any other shop for flowers moving forward. They have gained a forever customer. Thank you so much!”

“Custom Floor Design was terrific from start to finish. I found them online and did not have high expectations going there. I was wrong. The showroom was bright and very professional. And they had beautiful high end products. Our consultant, Kathy, was knowledgeable and very patient. She spent a long time with us as we were looking for an area rug. We could not decide that day, but went back and Kathy again showed us more. We purchased one outside our comfort zone because of Kathy. She was wonderful. Shipping and install was a dream. I cannot say enough about this company. A+!!”

“Bellow there is a review about us not wanting to cut pieces of fabric and then having to call the police. I am the girl that was there. They wanted to have 5 different fabrics 20 yards each cut into 1 yard pieces. That would be 100 pieces to be cut. I also had a line of 5 people behind them. I ended up cutting some and then they kept asking after I said no. They started becoming irrate and yelling so I took the next customer. While I was cutting for that customer she comes behind the counter picks up the fabric she wanted and threw the fabric on the counter in front of me twice. A customer was the one to call 911. She starting yelling in my managers face. Causing another customer to start yelling at her saying thats no way to treat people. Then when the police showed up they then started screaming at the police which is why if they show up they are trespassing. Also I work with with Asian people and I get many customers who speak in broken English from many different cultures I do not care about that but I do care about being treated like a human.”
