“I recently bought a mattress in February but after a few months I decided to take advantage of the 120 day sleep trial. I was having a bit of back/side pain so I came back to upgrade. I met with Shawn who helped me with my first purchase. I tested out more mattresses at the store and decided to upgrade to the Dream Cloud PressureSmart Technology Plush Pillow top. The exchange paperwork was super easy and I scheduled my delivery for two days later. The drivers came and removed my old mattress and set up the new one. “A followup visit. Two Vterinarians and three staff members converged on the case. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Visit included a detailed physical exam, abdominal ultrasound exam, discussion of findings of the exam:, an IV drug administration, and a topical medication. Ultrasound was forwarded to our primary care vet. All this was conducted with professionalism, courtesy and compassion.”

“I have been dealing with back and neck pain for many years and we owned a zero gravity chair for over 20 years which we wanted to upgrade. The store manager, Julian greeted us who was extremely knowledgeable showing us the different products and features of each chair. He asked pertinent questions to make sure the chair fit our needs and wants, such as articulating headrest, lumbar support, extra wide armrests, which my existing chair did not have. I found this extremely helpful choosing the right chair to fit our needs.
We finally settled on the Andrew Leblanc Novas 3.0 powered chair. He showed us different leather swatches, explained delivery dates, warranties, and was never pushy. It was an extreme pleasure dealing with Julian from start to finish.
The Novus chair should be delivered in a few weeks. I can't wait.

He introduced himself and directed us to where the selections were based on our needs. I was impressed with his patience, knowledge, people skills, and customer service focused mindset. Which is a breath of fresh air compared to sales associates of competitors. My mother is very picky and does not like to feel like she is being pressured to buy something. I cannot say enough good things about Bedrooms! I had a very unique and sensitive situation. I needed an electronic bed frame that could lift high enough in the air to allow safe and effective transfers for my daughter, who has cerebral palsy and is 100% dependent on care.
When I first called, the staff didn’t have an immediate answer.
Instead of guessing or brushing me off, they put in a call to the manufacturer to ensure the bed would be both safe and functional for our needs. That level of care and caution meant the world to me.
When the team came out to install the new mattress and frame, it turned out the setup wasn't as sturdy as we had hoped. I called back, expecting the usual runaround—but instead, I was met with compassion and problem-solving. They assured me they would make it right and insisted they wanted my daughter to be comfortable and safe. One of the staff said something I’ll never forget: “You’re more than just a number to us.”
From there, they went above and beyond. They tested different configurations in the showroom until they found a solution that maintained the frame's integrity while still lifting the bed high enough to meet our transfer needs. Their dedication, empathy, and willingness to go the extra mile meant everything to us.

“On a rainy day in Spring 2024, I spent a couple lovely hours at the Sleep Number store in Burlington. Cristina was so patient while I acted like Goldilocks trying all the different beds. I actually nodded off while she was helping someone with a pillow purchase! We ended up buying a split top King and we still love the bed so much. I feel grateful every night that I have such a luxurious bed! Cristina helped me with the coupons and codes, and got the price to an affordable number for me. I went back for the cooling sheets (awesome) and my husband’s side sleeper pillow. We now own 5 Sleep Number beds in my family. Couldn’t recommend any higher!!!”
