“I have NEVER had better service than I had today. I had to ship two different things and I didn't know which bags or boxes to pick and Tracy helped me every step of the way. She was so kind and personable and helpful. I never want to use another post office again.”

“You might not think reviewing a Post Office branch is worthwhile, but this particular location stands out for friendly staff and efficient wait times. I live in Cambridge but prefer to go to this branch for the friendlier and easier overall experience. There’s generally available 15 minute street parking right in front of the building if you go in the morning.”

“I have been going there for 3 years THE BEST usps location. Very nice and friendly staff and they are working fast, which is important. Stuff smiles to you and being nice. Just my favorite spot for sending mail and packages. I usually send them with Steven, but if he is busy with someone else, I go to another person and never got any problems. Everyone there is just a very good worker!”

“Great! I like the office, the workers, and the location. I walk everywhere. I don't mind coming in. The Santa Mailbox during Christmas is also very, very cute. I like this location. I have lots of patience. Call me crazy, but grace and class and patience all go a long way during Christmas, especially in the year 2020.”

“I went there yesterday for about the 1000th time... It's a Post Office and, it's good. Who else will do anything for $0.47? There was a young women at the counter who hadn't packed her stuff into boxes. It was as if she had no idea how a Post Office works... The woman behind the counter was very patiently helping her. It was nice. The people working here are, in my experience, always nice and helpful. Sometimes the lines get a bit long but, what do you expect? Most of the time it's quick.”

“I Have been a Box holder at Lexington P.O. for about 50 years. I've always been treated with utmost respect and courtesy. After reading all the negative reviews, I think it's about time for an honest and positive review! The current staff and window clerks are all excellent, very helpful, and do their best under some trying situations. On occasion, I've seen customers become rudebecause they don't want to pay what is required for a service. The current staff always provides the various options for the service requested so the customer can choose what's best for them. No business can be perfect, but I think the staff in the Lexington does their best every single day! R.G.Mass. P.O.”

“Let's be real the old lady at the front desk should've retired ~10 years ago. Her bad attitude just gives places like this a bad vibe. Just hire an underpaid college kid, even they'll have more manners. With people already asking to defund the post office this lady isn't really helping her case lol. She told me to call the state department if I had questions about my passport? Seems to me like someone with 60+ years experience working there would know the simple process of filling a passport form out”

“Our town’s post office lady, Julie just did a big favor for me because she helped me to find the package and then change the address. I accidentally wrote the wrong number of the address on the package for the birthday gift that was prepared by my child. He specifically selected a book and some snacks for his friend’s birthday. I was so glad that was able to fix that or my little one would be upset. You save my day, Julie! Thank you so much!”

“I gave a 4 star rating because I've always had very good customer service at the Middleton Post Office, but today I was so annoyed and felt compelled to air my grievance. I called their phone number not once, not twice, but 3 times this morning. It range 11 times then straight to a busy signal. NO ONE would answer the phone! I had a very quick, simple question. All I wanted was my carrier's name so I could put it on her Christmas card. The greeting says to stay on the line for the next available representative. I ended up having to drive to the post office just to get my question answered. The woman behind the counter first said they were too busy to answer the phone this morning, then told me that she didn't even think the ringer was on because the phone hadn't rung all day. Seriously????? I too work in a busy office, but would never, ever not answer the phone. To shut the ringer off so they don't have to is not just bad customer service, it's downright rude!”

“Back in 2002 I had a job where I travelled a lot at the last minute and I would get my pay through the mail. On days when my flight was early and I knew I would not be here to get my mail id call the distribution center and they would allow me to pick up my mail early. With proper identification of course. Fast forward to 2018 and I need my mail early but wasn't sure if they still would be able to help me with an issue so early in the morning and so last minute. To my surprise all these years later and still great customer service. Although I do not recommend bothering these hard workers for every little piece of mail, I will say that if all other avenues are exhausted give them a call and no doubt u will get a great response.”

“Our good ol local Post office! S/o out to the Malden team for going above and beyond. I was waiting for my passport and there must’ve been an address typo. Claudia went above and beyond. Gave me a call and provided the option to pick up personally. Thanks to Claudia and Mohamed I got my hands on my long awaited passport. I also appreciate the level of security to ensure the passport is given to the right person. Good work team!”

“Today I got my passport for the first time. Between the snow and going to the wrong location. I surely thought I was going to have to reschedule. However Bob was very helpful and made it happen. Thank you!”

“Had a great experience here, the staff member I spoke with was extremely friendly. I was there in the early afternoon and there was no line. And, they have parking!”

“I think that it's extremely unfortunate that this post office has gotten such low ratings. I've been a customer for almost 20 years and I can honestly say that while I have had very few interaction directly with staff, there I rarely have any reason to bother a humanbeing with such a simple task as taking a letter, because this is one of the few locations in the greater Boston area that still has a 24-7-365 SELF-SERVICE KIOSK IN THE LOBBY. Anyone that chooses to go during the day to a busy post office and expects to get out of there quickly is delusional and they probably have issues with using the self-service kiosks at most grocery stores. I have never had a problem with the kiosk and I hope that this review will help others make better use of their time and reduce the burden on postal workers. GO THERE AT 7:00 P.M. THERE'S NOBODY THERE ?”

“Friendly hardworking Staff that go over and beyond to help each and every customer! This post office is one of the busiest around and usually always has a line going out the door, especially around the holidays. The entire staff work well together and keep the line moving promptly and efficiently.I always have a great experience coming here! :)”

“The mailboxes in here are very nice. The detail in the craftsmanship is something you do not see often. However this location is in great walking distance to the local business in the area. When there’s a line it just requires for a little patience but once your at the counter the customer service reps are very full of personality but they answer all your questions Whether you need a book of stamps, purchasing a card, shipping a package or inquiry. It’s a very secure location.”
