“The Staples Studio is comfortable, convenient, clean, and well laid-out with offices, quiet spaces and collaborative spaces. The amenities are excellent. The manager, Shan Achhiwala, really cares and it shows; he does a great job making sure everyone feels welcome and has everything they need. He has gone way above and beyond on multiple occasions to accommodate special requests. Overall a great place to work!”

Had to shop important documents with FedEx and the employee named Nimi helped me and handled it extremely professionally, made sure everything was correct and went above and beyond to make sure it was all filled out perfect.

“I was having a bad day and needed help with getting a doctors note sent to me. I walked into store 51 Staples 444 Broadway Saugus because they are the cleanest, friendliest and caring Staples. Brianna at the printing center literally saved me. What an amazing person. She understood what i needed. She was compassionate and patient. Thank you Brianna. I hope you are the example at your store. Customer service is one of the toughest jobs and especially in todays world. The one thing AI cant do is read emotions and be compassionate.”

“This is the BEST UPS store. Everyone that works there is so so kind and helpful. A few weeks ago I went in with a package that was too big to fit in any existing boxes and the woman behind the desk helped me create a box that fit my package. I also use them frequently for printing things. I've used them baby/bridal shower items and signage for my wedding as well as work events and always had a great experience.”

“I like this place, including the hours they have. I ship and pick up boxes all the time for the past 6 years and never had a problem. If you are going to send something make sure you check your address and make sure its correct. If you give the company the wrong info, don't be shocked that the package was sent somewhere else. Make sure you read up on their policy when picking up a package. Go ahead and ask questions so you are all clear when picking up. Customers should be accountable when they make a mistake. it's common sense.”
