“Can not believe the amazing service provided to us at this location by both employees working this morning. I have a reactive dog but very much wanted to use the self washing stations. They made this experience so easy and so amazing for both me and my dogs. Honestly anytime I’ve ever been here they have been so good but today blew me away. I’m so grateful for people like them. All the while they had an adoption event going on. I can not say thank you enough! Best pet supplies store ever!”
“Dr. Melo is the best vet you will ever meet! The staff are all very friendly and compassionate too. Fairly priced as well. Recently had to put my dog down (heart failure and stopped eating and drinking) and it was the most humane process ever. They even mailed a card! You will never find a better place to bring your dog! Friendly and empathetic staff”

“I had come into Rumford looking for a particular type of litter I was asked to get by my vet so they could do some tests on my cat. After speaking with the employee at the register and going through the aisle together, it seemed they sadly didn't have what I was looking for. However, they were very knowledgeable and offered me a couple alternatives they used with their on pet that I could try instead to basically get the results I was looking for. I am delighted to say it worked perfectly and I am very thankful for the employee's help! I really wish I had decided to take the receipt so I could name the person who helped me out in this review but instead, I'll just say: thank you to the sweet young person with glasses working Monday evening that helped me over by the litter!I will definitely be coming back for the amazing selection, great prices, and wonderfully sweet staff.”
“Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.”

“Got my Christmas tree here for 40 bucks everywhere else wat 70,80 and even 90 for a tree the tree was great I just wish they had the tree wrap the service was great fast polite and very helpful”

“James the groomer went absolutely above in beyond to meet mine and my puppies needs. He totally exceeded my expectations! When I dropped her off he made me and my dog feel super comfortable, and I know he was awesome with her because when he walked her out, her tail was wagging. She looks and smells great. “I come here often and this time I stopped in for some supplies and work clothes, I got both for a reasonable price. The place was well lit, clean and stocked decently well. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They're also promoting local AG events and fundraisers which I'd love to see more of!
My only negative was that boot sizes and clothing sizes for larger sizes were limited. (Boots over size 12, pants over 38 and shirts over XL)”
“I've had dogs my whole life, after the last passed, and with my schedule, I decided to adopt a cat. I went into to petco to just look around and pick up a few things. I did not expect the great conversation and all of the wonderful advice and tips I got from Danielle. She answered all my (stupid) questions and even during a pretty busy time when she had to step away she made sure to come back over and check on me often. Awesome customer service, will be returning.”
