“Recently went in to get my inspection sticker renewed. We got there at 7AM and the man working said that generally inspections start at 7:30 but that the owner lived right down the street and he would text him. The owner arrived just a few minutes later. He informed us the inspection wouldn’t take long and we waited in the lobby. Unfortunately the RMV online service was down, so he took down our number and said he would call us when they were back up. He called just 40 minutes later to say it was back up if we’d like to bring the car back. My husband brought it back and it took under 10 minutes. Great service, and really appreciated how friendly and communicative they all were.”
