It's so rare for me to buy or sell a car in general, so the whole experience was surreal at the onset. But when I interacted with Joe, I knew right away that he wasn't a typical salesman. I found him to be both professional and approachable. Whenever I expressed concerns and questions, I never felt discouraged. Joe is simply a gem of a salesperson. Without his guidance, I am not sure I would have followed through with this purchase. But now, I find myself driving a 2020 Honda Accord and I couldn't be happier.”

“Shockingly nice experience here. Karen Cummings was the lovely woman who helped me. I have a very weird car and require certain parts to be special ordered. So when I came in for my diagnostic knowing what I needed done, they did a full check of my car and confirmed they didn't have what I needed. But instead of just leaving me high and dry they offered a loaner car and/or a lift home so I wouldn't be stranded and also offered to hold it until they got the parts.”
“I went to this dealership with my girlfriend who bought a nice Honda from a very good and kind Salesman now fast forward to when she needed her 1st oil change...We drive it right in to the service drive and a nice gentleman Service writer approached us and guided us through the process, then we went to the waiting room....Only about an hour later it was finished (oil change and tire rotation) and the writer told her No charge for first visit (that made her happy) Now the Only problem was when we went to drive out of the drive thru area to leave and someone (probably a service mechanic) came ripping around the corner I'm guessing in a customers car and scared the shit out of us (Holy crap dude slow down)....So now we proceed to the left to be on our way and here comes another aggressive driving mechanic who looked pissed that we were there and ripped away when we pulled over for him....I work at a dealership on the Northshore and our techs dont drive around the property like that and if they did there would be a problem...Cmon man do better and slow down....Other than that this is a nice dealership and I would recommend it to others looking for a Honda...But if you need service on your car maybe have the writer drive it out front for you when it's ready.”

“Was Mobil 1 Oil. Now Castro Oil. This location is very good. These listen to the customer. Update but do not pressure the customer on auto needs. The check off list is accurate. The wait time is minimal. You are out of there in 15 minutes after you arrive for your oil change. Plus you get a FREE CAR WASH with your service”
“Great family owned gas station. Employees are all very friendly. I get my gas, car inspection and minor repairs (brakes) done there. And it's only a block from my home.”
“I used think Firestone was just a tire shop, I've now gone for brakes, oil changes and other work on my vehicle. They are friendly, professional and transparent about pricing and wait times which I find very reasonable compared to other shops, especially dealership shops. Most recently, after service, my tire pressure light came on, I panicked and thought it was my engine light which I'm sure if I had taken a moment I would have realized. Mohammed had me come right back in, explained what it was and did make me feel embarrassed or stupid in any way! I will be returning for future service.”
