“I needed new tires for my personal vehicle and scheduled to have my Wife bring the car by. There was a mix up on my end about how long the tire replacement and rotation would take. My Wife was a little distraught because she had our 9 month old Son with her. Castle Tire quickly mobilized a couple of their employees to handle our job and had my Wife and Son back on the road in an hour. “We’ve been taking our cars to Alewife Automotive for almost 10 years, and I’m consistently impressed with their service and kindness. We’ve had everything done from inspections to tires to repairs. They are transparent and fair, and they never tack on surprise charges. A perfect example of this was I had taken a new car to get inspected with plates to a shop closer to our home, and not only were they kind of rude to me, but they wanted to charge me $20 to put plates on. I called George at Alewife and he said to come on over, they’ll take care of it all no charge. And this is something I’m used to with them—no charges to change out a bulb, top off fluids, etc. As a woman I’ve found that the stereotype is usually true with many shops, trying to get me to buy something I don’t need or up-charge me for something I wasn’t prepared for. It’s worth the slightly longer drive to get here for their service, I don’t know why I ever try to go anywhere else!”

“I had a great experience at Parker’s, Bobby went over my concerns really quick and made process for communicating very easy. Mark did detailing and I'm happy with the service. Their prices are reasonable especially with maintenance, would recommend!
Update: Second time I’ve gone for maintenance, they do a great job and are quick with their work. Paul reached out to me with updates often and they take pictures of all issues for you to see.

“Brian was very helpful and worked with me to get my car better aligned than it has been since I got it (I'm the second owner) iv had a bit of trouble at another location and Brian made it right! I am beyond satisfied with the results and it was a pleasure to drive the car back home. He even found me new wheels in case I need a new ones and I might need one because they are pretty old and corroded. I couldn't ask for better customer service! The Newton location on Needham Street is where I will be going for ALL of my alignment and tire needs from now until the foreseeable future. He helped me add air to the tire and took the time to explain what was going on, giving recommendations that were truly in my best interest, not just trying to make a sale. “I want to give high praise to Jamal Bridges, Tech specialist for Lexus. I called him from the road on the way to Washington DC for the holiday week as the navigation system was not functioning on my brand new car. He patiently and expertly instructed me how to reset system to get Google map functioning . I needed to call again for Tech Support as I couldn’t lock the car as I had packages on back seat that sent alerts. Once packages removed the doors still not locking. Jamal calmly reviewed numerous steps to try to get car locked.Manual locking worked. I met Jamal today at Lexus of Watertown to reboot the Connect Drive as malfunctioning, tested all keys to lock and remote start. He didn’t leave until all my questions and concerns were addressed.
Jamal Bridges is an outstanding technician, a very kind caring employee who should be recognized. I’m very grateful that he answered my call.”

He let me take my time but also followed up. When I decided to move forward he was patient and showed me all of the functionality of the car. When I called him with a tech question, he answered right away and immediately knew what I was talking about and how to fix it. Justin in the finance department was also great.
