“Greg was so helpful in my time of need! I had a horrible experience at the thrifty where I had prepaid and they closed 2 minutes before I reached the counter. But at least someone told me I could transfer my reservation to another thrifty. I went to the one in Peabody and he called salem because they had no cars. This hertz also is a Thrifty. I needed a car to get to Maine so I didn't want to head back to Boston especially in rush hour traffic. They were able to honor my prepayment and I can even return to Boston Logan for a minimal cost. It was so great! Greg was so helpful and his colleague whose name I didn't catch but he cleaned the car and got it ready.
They really saved the day for me! Thank you. Also the car is good and has Android auto which was easy to set up.”

“What a pain free experience. I hate booking and renting cars but this group made it a great experience. My wife insisted she book it, but I wanted to show her I can do things on my own. Not from Boston so I accidently booked the rental at a different location. Go figure. Instead of having to hang my head and call to admit defeat, Lexington and Joesph were able to find the same rental in their fleet and actually gave me an upgrade. A month later I’m charged 330$ for rental insurance don’t let unprofessional screen reading workers take your money one mistake with wording could cost you
