Not only did she reassure me that I was making the right moves (and who wouldn't trust someone like Corrin?), but she kept me in good humor throughout the process. Dreamy experience.As a queer person who can't easily mask their rainbow, garages and auto body shops have long been places I generally feel uncomfortable in. Salem Auto Body couldn't be further from the stereotype, and I'm grateful a place like this exists just down the road from me.Customer for life! “Rented for a 3 day trip and booked an EV due to fact that I am on the market for an EV. Kenia (on her way to a well deserved vacation) was amazing and great at answering my questions and giving me an upgrade to the new (5000 mi) Kia EV6 that was charged to above 80% (really helped w/trip), really impressed w/the car. When dropping off the car, dropped it off w/79% charge and just w/in the 29 min grace period and notified Kevin if he could waive the fee, when I looked at my final bill, the total came out to exactly what i booked it for. Really impressed by the service and will continue to rent from Hertz, being a former frequent Enterprise customer for work, and may be on the market from Hertz for one of there used EVs.
