“All six of our family members get their prescriptions at this pharmacy, and have done so for more than 10 years. Every single one of the staff members in the pharmacy, and out in the store are not only professional and good at what they do, but also kind. I have never had anything but a very positive experience here, ranging from great advice and recommendations from the actual pharmacist, to quick service both inside and at the drive-thru window, to personal service above and beyond such as at my last visit, when a rep offered to help me link all of our family members on one CVS account, showed me exactly how to do it, and then checked back with me. I have been helped here with rush prescriptions, discount coupons for prescriptions, and out front with very friendly and helpful service. We have a CVS closer to us, but I choose this one!”

“Grew up frequenting this address and have seen it change hands about 5-6 times, the current setup is alright. One thing I noticed with the newest owners is they stopped putting price stickers on most products, and I don't think the employees memorize how much everything costs, because I was once told the Chobani single serve yogurts were $4.99 each which can't be right. I get some basic goods and snacks around the same time each visit and haven't had a negative employee experience.I'd give 5 stars if they started putting price stickers on everything they sell.”

The owners are friendly, stayed open during the pandemic even though they are older (and at risk), and the store carries a variety of drinks, grocery staples, and household cleaning products. I'm glad it's in the neighborhood, so I don't have to drive to the grocery store as often.”

“I first went to your Paradise Road, Swampscott, CVS store, Recently there has been a significant reduction in inventory since the clinic opened at that location. Consequently, I was unable to locate the items I was seeking and had to go to the Canal St., Salem store. My wife, who previously purchased her cosmetics at the Paradise Road store, now has to make the trip to Salem find what she needs. Not good!”

Every time I Needed a Prescription, there wasn't the smallest of hiccups... The Staff were always friendly and helpful! The front end was the same way, always left a very Happy Customer!”
