“I am up visiting a friend in Salem, MA and on the drive up here started to hear a terrible wining sound from the front driver side wheel. I called Jim on my way up and he was so friendly and immediately put me at ease. I visited Auto Haus the next morning and after waiting a short period of time, they put the car up, took a quick look, and bent the brake dust shield quickly back into place. So easy breezy! He also told me all about the history of Salem while I waited. If I lived here, this would absolutely be my go-to spot.”

“(Minus one star for a bit of a long wait/it can be unclear what they are doing when) but otherwise, this place is great. You can tell that they are eager to help. I got a flat tire on Saturday and as I was down the road, I stopped by. Not only did they let me walk in without an appointment, but they didn’t have the right size tire for my car and went above and beyond to put a spare on so I could get home safe. They also offered to order a tire for me to come back Monday and have installed. Great service and such a kind owner.”
“The man at the desk was rude. I told him my car issue was already diagnosed and had the paper work, but he wanted to diagnose it again, charging me over a hundred dollars. When he realized I wasn't interested, he became rude. I have never seen such a rude staff member at a mechanic shop before. It appears based on comments I have seen elsewhere, that rudeness is common with staff members in Salem. I never saw such unprofessionalism and rudeness in California, where I am originally from.”
“My car was towed to this location! I had left my heart medication in the car when I was taken to the hospital! A gentleman who I called took time to bring my meds to me in Rehab ! They have helped me during this process as I was in Rehab! Emptying the car , removing my plates ! They went above and beyond to help me! Thank you so much!!”
