The first day I dropped him off I was nervous because of his separation anxiety. He ended up loving it and now every time I take him he gets so happy. Compared to other places, their prices are affordable and the staff is truly caring. Aside from a grooming salon, they have items such as leashes, bags, snacks/treats, ointments, dog clothes and more. Very fun and welcoming environment. The plaza where the shop is located has a free parking lot. The dogs are able to use the bathroom by the trash bins in the end.

463 Essex St, SaugusBrought our cat Momo to Lisa with a couple tedious requests about his trim. (Didn’t want him shaven) and Lisa did an amazing job. She hit every request and Momo is well bathed and trimmed . Appreciated the report card and note how he did as well. 10/10 we recommend.

Mike put us in contact with Claudia who ended up training our little Valentino for a couple weeks while we were away. Claudia was incredibly communicative during our trip and send great instructional videos and updates which we have been referencing since we’ve been home. Valentino came home happy and healthy and with a great foundation for such a young pup. This is a great option if you have a puppy and would like to set them up for success, especially if you’re going to be on travel anyways. Claudia was 10/10 highly recommend.
