88 Albion St, WakefieldDeanna is an absolute sweetheart of a human being. I felt so comfortable in her clean, bright, and thoughtful space. My pup gets very nervous when he is away from his pack; prolonging grooming, waiting in cages for hours next to other dogs who are barking of crying is too intense for him. I had no idea that other grooming places are like a factory assembly and would take 4 hours to 5 hours to groom my 10 pound pup.
With a private grooming experience there is no wait time. The focus is completely on him from drop off to pick up time which was a total of 60 minutes. The cut is so cute and he wasn’t lethargic or disconnected when we picked him up. Very happy discovered Deanna!

We would like to thank you and the entire staff of VCA Lynnfield for the wonderful treatment you have given our German Shepherd, Baer. We especially thank you for referring him to Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital in Woburn, where he underwent surgery for a blockage in his intestines (which turned out to be a missing sock!). Drs. Sanders and Frem at MVRH performed the successful surgery on February 2, 2026. We thought we might lose our Baer before he had surgery but everything went well, and he is recovering quickly and getting back to his normal self.
In addition, we would like to thank Sam at the Reception Desk, who is always so kind to Julie. When Baer has an appointment, Sam always assists her with getting Baer out of the car at appointment time and helps her get him into the car when leaving. Many thanks,

400 Main St, WakefieldRise and Shine on Main Street in Wakefield is a wonderful coffee house ! The staff are so friendly and incredibly helpful. I wasn't sure what to get today, and the lovely woman at the register helped me and she did not steer me wrong! The iced chai latte is great (you should try it with a shot of s'mores syrup), and their overnight oats are incredible. It is a must try if you are in the area. The gentlemen making my drink was so nice and friendly as well. I'm looking forward to going back soon, and very happy to have this cafe right in the heart of town!

1117 Main St, WakefieldJust moved to Wakefield from the "pizza capital" New Haven, CT. Greater Pizza Plus just delicious! Especially the Sicilian. Hard to find that style on the east coast! Sauce is the right balance between savory, acidic, sweet, and herbaceous. Crust was a little doughy though, but that I actually enjoyed after 13 years of coal fired Haven Apizza!

175 North Ave, WakefieldMy mother and I have visited several times during happy hour (4-5) where there is a special menu that includes $1 oysters. Compared to $1 oyster specials at other establishments, these oysters are exceptional. Decent size, chilled to perfection and served with a tangy cocktail sauce. I'd also highly recommend the mushroom crostini. The mushrooms were out of this world; the best I've tasted in ages. There is so much too choose from on the happy hour menu, but there is also a petit plate menu that offers more variety of what is on the regular menu at smaller portions. There are so many delicious items that is impossible to choose. Service is attentive and friendly; a shout out to Marcus who has been a stand-out waiter on more than one occasion. We can't wait to return.

39 Tuttle St, Wakefield9/1/25 Best breakfast around . Excellent hot coffee served in a large mug . Three eggs benedict that's delicious . Service is constantly outstanding . The chef's kitchen is right in view and plenty of commuter trains pass making for a very exciting atmosphere .
