She requested exactly what she needed from me, rather thank asking for something new every time I spoke to her (like I have experienced in the past with other banks) and the turn around time was so quick that it felt too good to be true. Amanda went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable even with the wire process. I was waiting for the catch or the additional documentation request. “The people are always very professional and nice. The hours are very accommodating to most people and it's great that they have a Coinstar machine inside the bank as well. I've never ran into any problems there. My only issue is that more often than not the ATM in the Drive-Thru is not working and that can be quite an inconvenience. I don't want to have to use other Banks ATMs and pay a fee so it can be a little frustrating. Other than that though they're great”
