“Had a great experience with Jonathan at the Boost Mobile store on Lonsdale Avenue. Just bought a new iPhone 15 and took it to the store for activation. There was some difficulty because my service is through Boost Infinite which is somewhat different from the regular Boost Mobile. Jonathan opened a chat with customer service and got them to send me an e-sim which allowed me to activate the new phone. Really appreciate the time he took to do this even while dealing with other customers.”

“Some people seem to be having issues with their service. I have lived in downtown Bristol for 7+ years now and have used only i3 Broadband (started off as another company) and I haven’t had any issues at all. I have only moved once though. I bought a arris modem/router combo from the previous company and it has worked since. The price has been better than Cox, which is a big plus. Maybe the issues people are having are location/house related?
Update: I moved and started using the i3 Broadband supplied modem/router rather my own since it was getting old. I am getting WAY better internet speed/latency now, but I am seeing the same random internet drops that others are seeing. I have a feeling that it’s the plume router that is causing the issue.”

“We had signed up over the phone for three new Verizon cell phone accounts +3 iPhones. I cannot begin to tell you about the aggravation I had trying to set these iPhones up and then to add insult to injury getting a bill before we were even ported in to Verizon and the bill was double what we were told. I spent countless hours over 4 days, talking to various reps over the phone and visiting a local store. Four days later at wits end I ended up at the corporate store on 399 Bald Hill Rd. in Warwick. Christopher Rogers went above and beyond to rectify this entire situation because I was literally about to go to the Attorney General’s office. Patience and understanding through it all, he spent probably 3 hours with my parents and I straightening everything out. Devon also helped out because there were many many issues with this whole situation.
I feel it is Important to let the powers that be know what outstanding employees they are.”

“My husband and I recently decided to take advantage of a promotion that would allow us to upgrade a few of the devices on our family plan, but had some trouble with the promotion not applying as advertised (we should have received a credit for one of the devices, but kept getting billed for it). We wasted a lot of time going back and forth with customer service online and over the phone, and despite being assured multiple times that everything was all set, it never resolved. A few weeks ago, we went into the Seekonk Verizon store on a whim and spoke with Adam, who was super nice. He was able to fix the issue for us (and quite quickly, too!) and we really appreciated how helpful and knowledgable he was. I would absolutely visit this location again in the future, and would recommend it to others.”
