“Wow, what a place! I had an issue with some aquarium hardware that I did not buy from Uncle Ned's Fish Factory. The manufacturer suggested going to an authorized dealer to diagnose the issue. I spoke to the owner, and he was helpful, understanding and extremely generous with his time and expertise! They have lots of cool fish species available for sale, and the customer service is top shelf! Thank you, guys!”
“Everyone at this store is so friendly and knowledgeable! I’ve never had an issue finding what I need or leaving well-informed about my pets’ needs. We run the gamut for critters in the house, so we ask a lot of questions on husbandry, food choice, grooming, toy durability, allergens… and there is always someone to help. The live insects are always still alive (we’ve had issues at other local stores) and generously counted. We purchased dubia roaches today, and their container had hydrating food in it for them, which is something I haven’t seen at other PSP in the area. The employees, quality and breadth of products, and competitive prices keep us coming back to this store specifically.
Specifically if you need live food, choose this location. It is worth the drive.”
“Good variety and reasonable prices. They carry a specific food (Nutrisource) that most places don't carry so it was convenient. Also this location has a lot of parking for Waltham, being located in a plaza.”
“This place is absolutely insane! I've been a fish owner just about a year, and so far this shop is by far the best I've visited. Well stocked with amazing variety of fresh and tropical fish, supplies, affordable shrimp, etc. Staff is mostly very nice, too. I just wish there was a larger variety of "self serve" plants in addition to those in their various tanks. I haven't visited during the summer heat yet... Should be fun as the shop is very humid!!”

“I haven't been in many years and apparently it's by appointment only now. I came to make some donations and had my elderly relative with me who was excited to see some cats, we were almost disappointed but the nice woman let us in for a quick visit. Very much appreciated!”
“We have used the happy retriever since our dog was 10 weeks old and they never disappoint. Oakley has been well trained and cared for during bump up days, board and train and weeks long sessions. The staff are all wonderful, knowledgeable and accessible. Can’t say enough about how happy we’ve been there!”

“I love Metro Pets. They are always on time. And they return my precious standard poodle on time and beautifully groomed with a call 15 minutes in advance. Madison is a highly skilled groomer and she and Willow are a lovely match. I highly recommend Metropets. Not all groomers can handle a standard poodle cut that looks like a poodle but not too frooffy. Willow and I love Madison and Metropets.”

No less than 3 salespeople asked if they could help me, and took the time to join me in my searches through the store. Folks, please! shop at “ brick and mortar stores” to keep them open and employing staff!”

“Cody’s Creations was recommended to us by our dog trainer. The store was near to where we live…so we all (the dog too) went down to the store and met Kerrie. We designed a custom collar and matching leash for Roxie. We also got one of her well-designed treat bags.
The collar and leash arrived and the workmanship was superb, exactly what we wanted.
It gets even better! The treat bag was great for my wife, but my hands were just too big. Kerrie worked with me to design a custom sized treat bag that is wider and has a bigger pleat. It is AWESOME….Kerrie went far, far above exquisite customer service.
All the people and dogs here cannot recommend Cody’s Creations highly enough.”
“I love the Village groomer. I bring my best friend for nails. They do a wonderful service for nails. They are so nice to humans and their pets. Also the bird feed shop and garden shop has so much to offer and great gift ideas. You won’t be disappointed. A little bit pricier than going to the big box store but well worth it. Service is much better.”

“I Was In Framingham , Massachusetts. Pet Smart , Picking Up Some Medicine To Bring Back To Florida, For My Dog Who Was Sick . Picked It Up In Massachusetts Because I Had A Late Night Flight Back To Florida So My Dog Would Have The Medicine When I Got Home. My Wife Called The Framingham , Massachusetts Store And Spoke With The Manager Named Marquis, Told Him How Our Dog Was Acting And He Recommended Some Asprin And Probiotics . Got Home From Florida, My Wife Gave Our Dog The Asprin Along With The Probioctics. Then Again At Noon Time . By The Time Our Dog Was Ready For The Third Dose He Felt Much Better . He Had No More Loose Stool And Was Running Around And Barking Like His Normal Routine. He Seemed Happy Again. So Thank You Manager Marquis. For Making Our Dog Better .
