“I would give the online reps who absolutely destroyed my account by adding 13 lines I never asked for zero stars… BUT Kathleen (“Kat”) from the Millbury location spent literal MONTHS correcting the issue, made sure we were taken care of for the inconvenience and always checked in and communicated with me until everything was fixed. She very easily could have left us hanging like most customer service reps these days, but she didn’t. Kat went above and beyond and took personal ownership of an error she didn’t make. She should teach a master class in customer service! Thank you, Kat!!!”

“My husband and I went into T-mobile last week, we were switching from metro. Reese the “manager” gave us false information. Set us up with the wrong plan. We were told the promotion we were signing up for was buy 1 iPhone get 1 free. Totally not the case. Reese put us on the essential plan instead of putting us on the magenta plan like we requested. THANK GOD for XAVIER For his professionalism and knowledge. Today he made things right. Thank you Xavier we appreciate you. In my opinion Xavier should be the manager of the store.”

“My iPhone 12 was blank when I got up this morning. I did have it charging overnight. Thought I did not have the cord plugged in properly. Reconnected, still no life.I also tried charging it in my car, still no luck.I went to the Auburn Mall T-Mobile.Marco performed magic & got it started again! “Spectrum Store on Stafford Street to the rescue!The beginning of my Spectrum journey commenced when my new equipment showed up on my doorstep.I wish Mario and Michael would have accompanied the equipment; installing and activating the new equipment at times felt like a "Mission Impossible."Frequently, I would visit the Spectrum Store: check in on a computer, view names on a TV, and wait my turn.Mario, a relatively new Spectrum employee was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. If he wasn't sure of a topic, he would ask the experienced tech guru Michael for assistance.Heck, I got to learn about Mario's family and Michael shared a great tip on where to buy the best fish and chips.I congratulated both workers for being customer friendly and told Mario that it takes a special Spectrum worker to meet the needs of every customer.Thanks to Mario, Michael and all the Spectrum staff I spoke with via my phone for exceeding my expectations--- I am pleased to report: Mission Accomplished.”

“I've been a Charter customer for years. I almost never have a problem. When I do, they have tech support to straighten me out . If that doesn't work, they send out someone who can correct the problem. The very few times that has happened, they arrived promptly, were polite and proficient. What more do you want? If you don't like commercials, get a DVR and fast forward through them. If you don't like the Premium channel lineup, complain to HBO, Stars, EPIX, Cinemax etc.”

“For a Spectrum store this one is very clean, usually very fast turnaround, all with friendly staff. They sell Mobile products as well as dealing with cable, home phone and Internet. But do yourself the biggest favor and go online to book an APPOINTMENT. If it happens to be busy when you arrive, you won't be stuck at the end of line and waiting for hours. Appts always (well, most times) skip those walk-ins.”

“Great experience working with Michael S! We walked in looking to price out switching from Verizon to Spectrum mobile and he helped us cut our cell phone bill by far more than half. Michael was super personable! He broke down a bunch of different options for us and was knowledgeable about the products.
