“Elshad is amazing!! He is VERY talented and knowledgeable and beyond that he is very honest. I went to Elshad today as my touch screen for my iphone X was not responsive. He first tried to fix it without changing the screen. He then gave me a very competitive price and he gave me a one year warranty. He was so good that I wanted to give him a little more than he had quoted me but he refused to take it as he said if he wanted more money he would tell me that other things were wrong. “I would give the online reps who absolutely destroyed my account by adding 13 lines I never asked for zero stars… BUT Kathleen (“Kat”) from the Millbury location spent literal MONTHS correcting the issue, made sure we were taken care of for the inconvenience and always checked in and communicated with me until everything was fixed. She very easily could have left us hanging like most customer service reps these days, but she didn’t. Kat went above and beyond and took personal ownership of an error she didn’t make. She should teach a master class in customer service! Thank you, Kat!!!”

“Amazingly inexpensive plan prices. Helpful staff. Decent phone selection. You can also bring your own phone. I brought in my iPhone 6 that was previously on AT&T, and they set everything up (no unlock even needed, especially with an AT&T phone because apparently they are on the same network or something to that effect. But the end result is that I didn't have to do anything or pay anyone to do anything to my iPhone for it to work with cricket; that may not be the case for other providers, but it's still worth checking, plus most places where you get a phone, you can contact the company-Verizon, sprint, AT&T etc., and they'll provide you with an unlock code for your phone free of charge). The network coverage is fantastic, just as good as anyplace if not better (and seeing how they use the same towers it's not really a surprise). My cell phone bill is $35/month all inclusive. No addition fees or up-charges.”

“More like Jiminy Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer! I say this because of the wonder this establishment produced for me. To start I should be clear! THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT! Also! THIS IS NOT AN FOOD STORE FOR EXOTIC PETS!! Confusing I know, but trust me when I say this is probably a useful store. I've been hearing that people have been talking about getting telephones a lot recently and I have good news for you! I think this place sells those specifically! I say I think as I wasn't able to go into this aforementioned phone arena. They were closed when I walked by, but they do have windows in the front that showed some of their products. I mean I couldn't see it too well as I was across the street. But I think they sell phones! I don't know if they are the best phones, but I do know that there is a standing mailbox outside of it which is pretty darn helpful!So whether you have something to mail or you want to look and see if this store has phones for you, there is no need to "Wish Upon a Star" you can just come to Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer when they are open! Unless you just want to use the mailbox, in which case I think that's always open.Also when I was younger I learned how to draw Pinocchio from the VHS cover pretty good. I could only draw this and the cigarette man from Doonesbury. I was praised for one and got in trouble for the other. This sort of neutralized my thoughts on drawing as an activity for me.”
