“Estes was the delivery company for a shipment I was expecting. I got a text message with a delivery day and a time frame for the shipment. Signature required. Then I got a phone call and a voice mail with a slightly different time...well, OK. Anyhow the shipment was late close close to 2 hours, on a Friday afternoon after we pushed our plans off schedule. The driver was nice though, and had lots of stops...”

“I love the post office, it is an incredibly valuable service for this country. But please somehow list your holiday (new years eve) hours accurately online or on the phone service so someone doesn't drive across town to pick up a package only to find the place closed early.”

“I had a very special rocking chair to send to my son in NC. The UPS agent in Shrewsbury ,MA did a great job bubble wrapping it and then making a box from 2 boxes. He found a freight company to take it and kept in touch with me to make sure it arrived safely. I would highly recommend UPS, especially for shipping something special!”
