Took me 9 weeks for repair man to come and hours on phone over 9 weeks to get someone to acknowledge this repair under warranty. I actually filed complaint with attorney general and better business bureau. I went out and bought a new refrigerator because I did not trust that this repair would work and they refused to replace as per the extended warranty contract I had with them.”
