“Up front. Fair pricing. Nothing is an exact science. They are people… not machines… they are human beings doing the best they can & trying to live a life after work with family. I believe in setting expectations but you can’t expect perfection. Cars are so important to our lives. My car needed work. Was towed there not working - and when all was said and done my car was fixed and I got to drive it away. I don’t worry about the quality because I know it’s there… their reputation proceeds them & I appreciate them. Zee stayed late one night and kept the car to make sure overnight once things settled it was good. I’d rather him do that then pick it up just to go back again. These things are not always an exact science. Any mechanics, cars or otherwise… take Some reviews w a grain of salt. These guys are genuine and hard working. A garage doesn’t stay busy and have waiting lines because they stink. Think about that. These guys hustle and I’ve yet to see any of them sitting around … that has to count for something ! I’d recommend them for their honesty alone.”

“I went to get gas (it’s like 0 degrees out and windy) and it said to replace nozzle or something, so I went in shivering and the man at the counter offered me hot chocolate and cashed me out inside, I asked where the hand warmers were and brought them back to the counter to pay and he said it was all set.”
“I made the mistake of returning cans, then trading in for soda and a cocktail. He said my sweatshirt smelled like beer. My family and I haven't been back since. Even staff said he wasn't worth it. But oohhhh, I'm a women. I know nothing to him apparently. Staff at either location awesome!”
“I ran out of oil on Friday....Called the oil company we had been dealing with for 30 years and was told they wouldn't be able to deliver until sometime this week explaining the situation and was told .....no exceptions, we would be put on the list . My husband put 40 gallons of oil in using 5 gallon containers....Mind you we are in our mid seventies (sad but true, lol) I called Faria Oil and explained our situation and they delivered early this morning. Thank you so much ....They now have a loyal customer.....”

“I always find the eearly morning associates helpful and like anyone else, they do appreciate when you treat them as respectfully as they treat you. Nice people and willing to help you with whatever you need. My truck seems to like the V- Power gas best but it runs well on the regular. Just wish the V-Power was a bit less expensive.”

“As a worker of this cumberland farms and a newbie to somerset I'd say this store is always ready and running, staff work almost to the fullest of their ability, the manager there is wonderful, things are normally kept clean and stocked. Only time there's a mess is when it's busy and short staffed. Everything is kept fresh to the most possible degree. People who complain about the soda being flat have to realize it's being carbonized by an O2 machine and it sometimes runs out but it's nothing the staff can do about it until it's refilled. The store could be a lot cleaner if customers learned to pick up after themselves and give staff a hand with staying clean. When things go out of stock we can't fully control it until our deliveries arrive which is Mondays and Thursday so best time to come is after those days. I agree the prices are a bit high compared to some competitors but it's based off what we are told to price them by higher up”
