“I bought a well-used Chevy as my first car in the states, and struggled a lot with errors and repairs post purchase. I went to 3 different mechanics and all of them were happy to take my money and never fixed the core issue. Ravelo’s was the first place to actually test different parts and give me the bad news head on. Since then I have had an engine replaced at Ravelo’s and several services done there as well. The car runs smooth, and never had the level of issues it had prior to my visit to Ravelo’s.
I completely trust the advise these guys give and just let them do their thing. Probably the best auto workshop in MA/Boston, and its cheap compared to everything else out there!”

“Good place, open 8-5 M-F, 8-12 Sat. Closed Sun. They supply the many shops in the area.Prices inside (not-Amazon) sometime much more than they are on Amazon’s site, takes awhile for Amazon orders to go through their systems.Also, Amazon qty listing doesn’t always match what they actually have in AutoPlus stock. That’s an Amazon problem.So if ordering through Amazon do it before you go to pickup and it will be ready for you when you get there (vs waiting on-site).”
“These fellows were incredibly helpful when I came in with a tire that needed to be repaired. They weren’t able to fix it. I needed a new tire. Because I had tire insurance through the VW dealer I got my car and bought it to the dealer.
They didn’t charge me anything even though they’d taken time to evaluate the tire and figured out how much it would cost to order a new one. Very grateful for pleasant, competent folks who simply wanted to be helpful.
I’ve been there over the years and they have always been responsive. Highly recommend.”
