“Went in with an issue with my phone. My iMessage was not working. Thought I’d try them. Like 3 people tried to trouble shoot. But the only person that was able to help me was Delacey. Honestly I am not sure what he did. But he didn’t stop until he got it right. And now my phone is working and everything makes sense again.
They will let you charge your phone/watch. Which I needed. Although I was waiting for 40 minutes for my Genius Bar appt. Thank god delacy was able to help me so I didn’t have to wait more.”
“I usually spend a lot of time on electronics or furniture. And the 2 gentlemen, one of them the manager and the other an associate, were very transparent and led me to decide on the TVs I needed at the end, based on what I thought in the beginning. Everyone and every day is different, but I forgot the names specifically. If I could remember them, I would say the 4 stars had to do with their service: spending over an hour chatting about features and their complimentary in my space. There's no commission, and it's pure good customer service. There's stuff in there, overpriced like a wall mount. And a close person I had picked up the TV from said they didn't have a good experience, but luckily, I had their name on the pickup, so they could figure it out. Also their computer section could be built up more with barely an Apple computer setups. And one of the parts of the computer setup had a faulty alarm going off everytime touching the mouse to test the product. That’s why it wasn’t a full 5 stars.”

“Let me begin by saying that Somerville Computers deserves 5+ Stars for being an excellent Computer Repair Store and Mario, who is the CEO of the place deserves 10+ Stars for being the best "Computer Wizard" in Massachusetts! Mario is also a wonderful, kind and gracious person and I had the good fortune of meeting him last year when I had problems with my Hard drive and was desperate for help. Mario put my fears to rest and fixed the problem and also gave me good advice on the maintenance of my computer. I had a similar problem yesterday and went into the store and received excellent help. Apparently Mario is quite famous locally, as during my cab drive home the Cab Driver informed me that Mario is very well known and respected throughout Somerville for his above average Computer services - So Thank you Mario for being such a Valuable Asset to the City of Somerville!”
