“I had Chris from The Computer Store come out to my home after my old computer crashed. He responded quickly on a Sunday and then made plans to get a new computer system and monitors. He made sure things were working and then came to my home and installed everything so I could sit down and go right to work. This is the best working computer I have ever used. “Let me begin by saying that Somerville Computers deserves 5+ Stars for being an excellent Computer Repair Store and Mario, who is the CEO of the place deserves 10+ Stars for being the best "Computer Wizard" in Massachusetts! Mario is also a wonderful, kind and gracious person and I had the good fortune of meeting him last year when I had problems with my Hard drive and was desperate for help. Mario put my fears to rest and fixed the problem and also gave me good advice on the maintenance of my computer. I had a similar problem yesterday and went into the store and received excellent help. Apparently Mario is quite famous locally, as during my cab drive home the Cab Driver informed me that Mario is very well known and respected throughout Somerville for his above average Computer services - So Thank you Mario for being such a Valuable Asset to the City of Somerville!”

“Matt is great!! The other day I plugged the flash drive that holds my wedding videos into my computer & when I went to eject it, it broke into 3 pieces. After doing some research, I reached out to Matt & he had me bring the flash drive by his office. In less than 5 minutes, he was able to fix the flash drive & access the videos that I was so scared I lost. He is extremely kind & professional & I will absolutely use his services in the future!”

“Went in with an issue with my phone. My iMessage was not working. Thought I’d try them. Like 3 people tried to trouble shoot. But the only person that was able to help me was Delacey. Honestly I am not sure what he did. But he didn’t stop until he got it right. And now my phone is working and everything makes sense again.
They will let you charge your phone/watch. Which I needed. Although I was waiting for 40 minutes for my Genius Bar appt. Thank god delacy was able to help me so I didn’t have to wait more.”

“Bought an Apple Watch band at the Apple Store. I walked into the mall, found the Apple Store and within less than a minute and a half I was already walking out the door with my watch band. Multiple staff were already at the store entrance to assist customers. The watch band is pricy at $50 but guarantees that my $300+ Apple Watch is safe and won’t randomly fall off with cheaper watch bands that aren’t Apple branded.”
