“We've had less than ideal experiences with xfinity stores before but the last time we went, Raphael Silva was a lifesaver! We walked in shortly before closing to return a modem and originally someone told us they wouldn't be able to do it that night for some reason and we'd have to come back. Raphael was helping someone else, but he took the time to write down our information and we handed over the router so he could deal with it on his own time later. We trusted that it wouldn't just get swept under the rug or something and sure enough, he processed it and took care of it all and we saw our refund shortly after.
