He had me compare several phones, encouraged me to actually hold and use them, and even let me try the camera on his own phone so I could experience it in a real-world setting.

What impressed me most was his patience, kindness, and professionalism. He never dismissed my concerns or made me feel like I was being difficult, even though I had already exchanged my phone once. Instead, he helped me separate the phone itself from the bulky case that was affecting my perception. He even refunded the accessory and suggested I purchase a slimmer case elsewhere because he wanted me to love my phone, not just complete a sale.

By the end of the visit, I realized the phone I’d been ready to return was actually the right one for me. That happened because Deandre listened first, educated second, and never pressured me.
