Winnie is patient and makes sure she gets the details of exactly what you want, and Tom really takes his time to get things done often times better than you imagine. I have had a necklace, a bracelet, and a watch sized, and they all look like they came tailored to my exact measurements - not even a scratch to be found. Prices and time to completion are very fair. As someone who is very particular about his stuff, I really could not recommend them more.”
