“I took a ring here that had a tiny loose diamond, and Sean fixed it on the spot and in less than 10 minutes! Such kind, friendly people and great customer service.”
“I really do love this shoppe alot. Went in yesterday for the smallest of repairs($5 worth), ,and Karin stopped all the paperwork she was doing and banged it right out in minutes. I was in and out in ten minutes. I'm an older guy and this is service like it used to be. Thanks again Karin. Cheers!”
“Yeni and Bea were so kind and welcoming. We always come here whenever we visit Cambridge. They have a a beautiful selection of items and we felt so welcome! We can't wait to come again. Would definitely recommend!”

“Fantastic collection of beautiful things! I could have stayed here all day!! MK seals the wonderful energy in the shop! Very helpful and warm, knows her merchandise and artists well and took all the time I needed to learn what I was buying, who made it, where it came from etc., which will forever be a part and f the priced I chose and make them them all the more special to me! And she did all that with multiple customers in the shop. We all got treated like we were the only ones there.
Customer service is becoming a lost art, but you can find it here with MK! I am a sales coach on ho-Trch and I love and appreciate great service. I really have little tolerance these days for anything less. I would have walked out if I hadn’t been greeted and welcomed and invited to browse and ask questions. So many boutiques and shops treat you like you are a bother — there are just too many choices these days. This kind of browsing and shopping is as much about the experience as it is the treasures you choose to take home that will forever remind you of the moment, the visit, the people you met… whatever it is. Stories sell. It’s important and you will find it at Motto! Thank you MK and Motto. I will be back!”
“I've been getting tattooed by Rueben (Horikei) for about 6-7 years. It's been a great pleasure to get to know him and see him take on the business and take it to the next level.
Chameleon Tattoo is the only place I would ever recommend someone in New England to be tattooed. The cleanliness and sanitary standards of the shop are like nothing I've seen anywhere else. This is a shop that is staffed and owned by professionals who want to provide the absolute best product and service you can get. Also the shop has been tastefully designed and decorated, great job on the new location!
Rueben is a trustworthy, professional and friendly artist/ shop owner. I have a full sleeve on my left arm and am about 45% finished with my right arm sleeve, the work is immaculate. I get about 2 compliments a week on my tattoos and absolutely love waking up everyday and seeing them on my arms. The colors have gotten better with age (yes that's possible) and the clarity of the work is perfect.
If you want any kind of tattoo work done, please just go to Chameleon. If you want any kind of Japanese work done, please just go to Chameleon. Paul Yeti does awesome Japanese work too!”
“Bodhi Leaf ... Wow! An amazing Tibetan gift shop full of wonderful clothes, fabric wall hangings, inscence, jewlery, Buddhist items and more. The owner was wonderful to speak with and we made several purchases. We will be back to buy more when we visit Boston next time.”
“Wonderful shop with many fabulous pieces -- I adore vintage floral skirts with stretchy waistbands and basically live in them during the summer and I've bought a few of them from We Thieves and they're all fantastic. They do an excellent job at curation and I always find a gem.”
“Finally had the opportunity to travel into Cambridge to repair a broken necklace clasp. It’s clear with the truly exceptional service I received by the entire team, that this business has been around as long as it has been, with the greatest feedback and reputation due to their tremendous knowledge and experience with jewelry rather than just making a sale. I’m left with no reason to shop elsewhere as they earn your trust and loyalty. My family and friends near and far will be reaching out to Pachecos Jewelers going forward. These days you can buy/sell/repair jewelry so many different ways. They haven’t lost touch with the most important, building rapport with the customer, listening and offering suggestions that align with ultimate customer satisfaction. Needless to say, I will be dropping my other necklaces and bracelets off to have the clasps done on those. I feel comfortable knowing that they can be trusted with any items that are brought in and rest assured the work being done is in house and of the most superior workmanship. Thank you to the entire Pacheco Jewelers team.”
“A breath of fresh air in the neighborhood for sure. Ran/owned by a super cool couple(the husband worked on the music for Jujutsu Kaisen) Always very friendly and welcoming. A lot of one of a kind designs done by them and also the only place around for Asian street style.”
“I always love to come back to Zinnia to peruse the displays and see what is new in the store. The ladies behind the counter, Sidnie and Lucci, are a joy to talk to and a great help. If you find yourself in Harvard Square, you've got to stop in and take a look at the cute jewelry, just like I did today. I went in and ended up buying a pair of timeless hoops, which I plan to keep on forever.”
“My experience last week was amazing from this Pandora team from the store manager down to the employees that were there that day! When I walked through the front door I was greeted immediately by everyone, and they were happy and ready to help me. I came in with no idea on what to purchase my girlfriend for her birthday, and these women did an amazing job! I ended up getting a matching ring, necklace and earrings. If I could’ve tipped them for the great service I would’ve ! Experience overall 10/10”
“Had a custom band made to fit an unusually-shaped ring and were very happy with the customer service as well as the final product. The team was great about listening to what we wanted and incorporating that into the design.”
