Rueben is a trustworthy, professional and friendly artist/ shop owner. I have a full sleeve on my left arm and am about 45% finished with my right arm sleeve, the work is immaculate. I get about 2 compliments a week on my tattoos and absolutely love waking up everyday and seeing them on my arms. The colors have gotten better with age (yes that's possible) and the clarity of the work is perfect.
