I went in only to get a new watch band, but the staff were wonderful. Very nice and considerate. And the price was very good. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding customer service, and the ring came out beautifully! I was looking to reset an heirloom stone, and they were so patient with me trying on lots of different styles and offering tips and advice along every step. An established family business with unbeatable prices and excellent service!

We had a wonderful experience at Leo Carroll Jewelers! They did not have the proper equipment to resize the particular ring we brought in. However, they kindly provided names of other jewelers who would be able to help, and they took the time to help us figure out our ring size. Would absolutely return in the future!
