Cam picked my family and I up when the replacement was ready. He was polite and helped with bags. This ultimately involved numerous rental extensions (insurance company covering the rental wasn't great at communicating), a rental car switch when I requested to upgrade to a slightly better car, and a complicated/last minute/rescheduled vehicle drop off at a geographically closer enterprise location. Tom at the Amherst Enterprise location expertly guided me through the entire process, and was considerate, communicative (in a timely fashion) and resourceful with various options and ideas.It is equal parts refreshing and (increasingly) rare to witness and receive customer service at this exceptional level. I would recommend using this Enterprise location to anyone who needs a rental.”

“Excellent experience overall - they easily accommodated my request for pick up & drop off at beginning & end of rental period.
My only complaint is that their device to handle tolls is ridiculously priced. Would've been nice to have option to use my own transponder instead. Lack of affordability meant a normal 70-90 minute drive from Westfield to Worcester MA hospital was 2-3 hours traveling via non-toll roads.”
