“My car broke down on the side of the highway on a holiday weekend and Matt (and a lady whose name I forgot!) was super friendly and helpful. He spoke to me several times and assured me he would save a minivan for me (although it was a busy holiday weekend) until we were able to come and gave us a good rate! Highly recommend them.”
“This is a small location but the employees were very pleasant, and the pickup/dropoff processes were both pretty quick. The parking was a little tight the day we got there, but we were still able to get in and out.
The only recommendation I have is it would be good if they put up entrance and exit signs for the parking lot to keep confusion down.”

It wasn't only exceptional customer service, it is the human being that he is that shines through the retail and corporate role, that probably can't be properly expressed in the typical job evaluation or customer review. Enterprise is beyond fortunate to have him on your team. Our interactions were quick though in my circumstances of losing my car to an accident during a blizzard I really appreciated the care he took to answer my questions and advise me about things involving the extension of my rental by the insurance company and how I would be able to return the rental to the location in CT where I was picking up my new vehicle. I have had many good experiences with Enterprise. I can't think of any negative ones over 20 or so years. This one was over the top. “Great place to get a rental in an emergency or a road trip and you can return your rental after hours and drop the key in there lock box but if any damage occurs before car is inspected you are responsible so keep that in mind. Other than that great service!”
