“Staff is really nice. My girlfriend is who’s autistic purchased a dress from there and they were really considerate and polite to her. Hot Topic has always been one of my go to stores at the mall and I will continue to keep going there forever.”

“I really like this shop. I do a lot of window browsing because it is on the pricey side, but all of the items are quality and quirky, when I have a little extra I don't mind spending it here. There are many unique gift options (especially for those in your life who love animals and have an off-beat sense of humor). Great location on Main Street, I sometimes pop in here while I am waiting for a table at Jake's. Some of my favorite pairs of silly socks and cute greeting cards have come from this shop.”

“This store is amazing. When we walked by the window, my husband was already loving the mannequins lol. Inside the store it was huge and very clean, everything was organized and the prices are so cheap yall. I spent so much money but it was worth every penny. The woman who helped me was very kind and considerate. I recommend everyone stop in here and see what the hype is all about. It's on the second floor of the Holyoke Mall...MI Amor, thank you ????”

“Do not sleep on this store, the plus size section has so much to offer than what it looks like at first glance. At first I thought I wasn't going to find anything but thanks to Alivia & Najy I found everything I was looking for and more. Was also expecting to break the bank but there was a sale so everything was super cheap...like 5$ denim skirt cheap...ladies RUN do not walk to get your next outfit! “Great college bookstore. Useful supplies without wearing out the ole purse strings. The mechanical pencil section is beyond adequate with several graphite gauges, erasers, et cetera.Love the merch! We obtained several shirts and hot beverage containers --- all way less expensive than attending school there, and much easier to get in. You simply pull the door open.”

“All my favorite jeans are from PCX. They fit beautifully on my bod which are usually hard to find elsewhere. I shop at JC for my jeans and unless they have Blue Spice brand I cant find anything that fits right. I further love PCX because the prices. Its unbelievable how great the quality of these jeans are id expect to pay 40 and I would pay that. The staff are always polite and smiling. This place is an extreme recommendation. Thanks PCX. “I had bought a backpack here, but discovered when I got home that it would not fit everything I needed. Due to a family emergency, I was not able to bring it back for several weeks. The store staff didn't give me a hard time at all and were happy to help me exchange my purchase for a larger backpack. The one I settled on has all the space and features I needed for a great price. I highly recommend this store for high-quality products and excellent customer service.”
