She heard me out, showed me what she thought I’d like and gave me my space to decide without any pressure. When I was ready to move forward she was right there ready to help. I highly recommend asking for Christine the next time you need furniture!!!”
“I have gone through about five mattresses in the past year. Too soft, two were defective, one was beyond words and the last was just not for me. I should have initially gone to Yankee Mattress Factory. I received my bed a "Rockland" full size mattress. From buying to receiving my mattress I can only praise everyone in the process. “I went there on a Thursday looking for a new sofa. Being married and not seeking a divorce I brought my wife down on Saturday to check it out and allow her to choose the fabrics. The owner was terrific, reasonable delivery charges and more than reasonable disposal charges for my old sofa. He even agreed to dispose of a couple of old recliners for no extra chage. “QUALITY. USA MADE, mostly. More $ than big name down the street, but REAL FURNITURE, not fast-fashion veneer. Last month my sister asked about the new couch - we bought it 13 years ago & sit on jt all night every night, it's our only seating in living room. She's at our house regularly. It still looks perfect. Bought Amish-style tables here. Dovetail joints, tight, SOLID CHERRY, gorgeous. Buy here if you want it to last. Oh - no salesperson follows you, like the ads promise.”

“We went to the store in Northampton with the intent of getting a new and comfortable mattress. The sales rep was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. He encouraged us to try out each mattress in order to access which felt better. The mattresses are hand stitched and so well made and the one we picked is so comfortable! We are getting much better sleep now with no pains in the morning! They are handmade for each customer, so that takes about 3 weeks, and then they deliver it to you right around then. They are very good at keeping in touch with you throughout the process with texts and then call you close to your delivery. Very good customer service! So, we bought a mattress protector a with the mattress and we feel that the whole thing was well done and the cost was so very reasonable for the value! The mattress was set up by the delivery team and our sad old one was taken away. They left a gift of a nice Yankee Mattress coffee mug for us to enjoy a cuppa after a great night's sleep on our new Yankee Mattress! I recommend that you check them out!”
