“Tiny pharmaceutical-only place in a larger complex which is confusingly labeled. The signs that indicate that there is actually a Walgreens there are small and not obvious to a first-time visitor. My experience was very good but even the attendant admitted that this is probably the smallest Walgreens in the world.
Based on news about acquisitions, may get even smaller.”

“This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. I used to love the one in Northampton, but once they get rid of certain associates, it becomes less enjoyable to visit. Our pharmacist Greg is so incredibly informative and knowledgeable. I just feel safer here than I do at my own doctors. “I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for years. Both here in Massachusetts and when I lived in Florida. Never had a complaint. However; the Walgreens on St James, Chicopee, MA seems to have kinks in their pharmacy hours. Several times when I needed my medication, the pharmacy would be closed without notice. Then they cut their hours!! The staff was great and they had no control whatsoever over pharmacy hours. But they just became too unreliable. So. I switched to the Carew, St pharmacy in Springfield and it’s been smooth sailing!! Excellent customer service! Thank you!!”

Walgreens treat your staff better, stand up for them because staff like them are rare... Appreciate them while you have them and show them a little more value. They are working extremely hard with the closing of Easthampton and you as a corporation need to acknowledge that. Do better to your staff Walgreens.”
