“Great clinic. I have nothing but great things to say about the Southbridge location. They got my dog in for a visit very quickly, and the costs were much lower than I was expecting. They staff were all great with my dog who gets social anxiety.”

“I cannot say enough about the staff at VSC of Sturbridge. I have an elderly chi mix who was having trouble walking couple of years ago . My vet referred me to Dr Lytle. She is nothing short of amazing. She is so smart and up to date on latest meds, procedures, technology. under her care Jax was up and running again. A year after treatment ended, my dog was injured by another dog. He didn't recover as we expected. Limping, fussy and fearful. We brought him back to VSC as last resort. Dr. Lytle found had that he had issues with his back, neck and knee. She got him immediately back into treatment and he was back to baseline in short order! He is now happy on his walks, he's sleeping and eating. The support staff at VSC is friendly, accommodating and kind. Appointments are always timely. They are wonderful with my dog. 5 stars!”
“Baystate Mobile Vet has truly outdone itself with its stunning new location on the campus of Overlook in Charlton! The facility is not only beautiful but also incredibly functional, with incredible details like separate dog and cat exam rooms to minimize stress on animals and owners alike. AND there is ample parking for added convenience!
What makes Baystate stand out even more is that, despite the new location, all the qualities that made this practice exceptional are still in place. The staff remains as caring and compassionate as ever, providing expert, knowledgeable care for my furry family members (2 dogs, ages 4 and 14). “My 9 year old Golden needed knee surgery for a torn ACL. Dr Mitterling made the process easy and they gave great educational information. It was expensive, but most veterinary things are and my pet insurance covered most of it thank goodness. The techs at the clinic are all friendly and helpful.”

“The staff at the Sturbridge Petco is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I brought my young dog in to get groomed and they greeted him with such love and care! My pup was nervous (considering the last time we dropped him off somewhere he got snipped) and the staff there was so kind and my dog warmed right up to them! “The staff is so caring and wonderful! It's very clean and very well run. They have been working very hard to find out the solution to my dog Bosco's illness. Wonderful place for people that are on a set income. I also appreciate the fact that I can get all my services done at the same place for my dog.”
