“So I bought a motor cycle in the winter time and needed to rent a trailer, but the hitch receiver on my truck was rusted and unsafe. I scheduled a time online to have one installed at this location prior to the rental. They had a tough time and I had to wait 3 hours to complete my transaction. But no big deal. I got to witness a beautifully run franchise/location. The manager I think Charles. was amazing! The way he interacted with his staff and customers With patience, grace and kindness was refreshing. I could bore you with 3 hours of examples, but 10 stars if I could”

“They just moved me out of my apartment into a condo in Northampton and they absolutely nailed it. Sitterly sent out five really funny, friendly, affable guys and a big truck to my place and they were super fast and efficient in terms of taking stuff apart and being up front with what they did and didn't feel comfortable moving out of my place. They packed up my extensive clothing collection and worked really hard for me all day. Thank you guys so much!! I'll definitely be using Sitterly next time.”
