Best U-Haul place I have ever been to I believe this place is better than West Springfield Union Street and Boston road and all the other places Bernie Ave Street is number one# the guys who work or running the place they are all awesome best place ever

In future the individual renting the equipment out should say if you have otems that may need a ramp you may need this type of trailer. I could have used a trailer with a ramp for the large snowblower I had to move. I built a temporary one for this trip. Otherwise, the move went off without any issues.

Both people I felt with when I picked up and dropped off the equipment were very professional and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get the guys name when I dropped off the trailer. But the guy when I picked it up is Josue P
