Just dealt with Jennifer she couldn't have been nicer and more efficient such a pleasure to deal with people who know what they're doing.”

“We got the opportunity to meet Miguel today. His customer service is top notch. He treated us really good. He answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed. He took his time to show us the units without rushing us out the door. The entire place was clean and well organized. The place has many options from big to small units. It also has climate control.”
“Myself and my wife has had inside storage at this facility for at least 5 years maybe more now. We have always had a great experience with Bob and John they are so great very pleasant to speak with and Give never had a problem with anything rodents bugs ect. Bob was the one who talked me into the inside climate controlled storage because I have a very large glass collection that I wouldn't want anything to happen too. I have been late a few times with payments and they have always helped me out the best they could we have moved from Fitch a few years ago but we still store our collections of things We have in Fitch urg we are an hour away from there now but we trust our valuables in there we wouldn't trust many places other then storage space rental and Bob and his team to keep our stuff safe and secure. From the initial phone call to today, Eric, the General Manager, has gone above and beyond to meet my needs. I rented 3 units and he unsolicited did the market research to provide me the most competitive rental price along with explaining my options. Eric is a roll up his sleeves kind of guy I was not expecting in this industry. I appreciate the professionalism of this independent business along with the cleanliness of the units and overall property. While I believe the business is a very good one, Eric makes it standout given the effort he puts in to make the customers happy.”

“Go to storage unit here multiple access points very secure, clean dollies you can use to load your stuff, at the loading dock where my storage unit is there's a hydraulic lift that makes it so you don't have to carry anything up and down the stairs. Fair prices”

“I have rented a lot of uhauls over the years and a handful of storage units and this location as well as any I have been to have honestly had the best customer service. I work in customer service myself and have for a long time. Everyone is always straight to the point but nice and helpful. I think this is what people really want over fluff.”

“I’ve rented two large trucks in the last week and both times was helped out by Natalie the general manager. She was very friendly, very helpful, down to earth, and made returning the truck after hours very simple and helped me avoid all fees. One time I made a reservation at the wrong U-Haul since there are two in town, and she very quickly changed my reservation and made a new one for me to get me on my way. She was patient with explaining the details of the contract and I would recommend this U-Haul in the future to others.”
