However, I recently had to mail important information and decided to to to USPS in Holden. It was great! The staff was friendly and they were able to mail my letter and it was in-and-out.

I like this place because it allows you to ship products from multiple carriers, such as UPS/FedEx...ect. I haven't had any problems. There were a few times that I've showed up within business hours while the place was temporarily closed because they leave to deliver the packages to the carriers.
Leave from 1:40 pm - 3:45 pm.
They usually come back about around 3:30 pm.”

“I had lost my shipping information and I was going to lose $500. I called the post office and the woman I spoke with was spot on!!! She was pleasant cooperative and helped me fix the situation. I will say I have used this little post office off/on for years and I have always found the postman responsive and professional. However in this case she went above and beyond. There are still good people working hard to help customers. I met one today”

“Staples has found ways to make their brick and mortar stores relevant. Between handling returns from online vendors, providing passport photos and all the print and copying functions and having basic needs in stock, I have recently been going to Staples at least once or twice a week. This is a HUGE deviation from prior to Amazon returns, when I went there maybe once every 5 years. Kudos Staples.”

The woman who helped me was unbelievably kind and personable and made sure everything I needed was taken care of right away. The line moved efficiently and everyone was able to comply by current social distancing because of how clearly marked the post office was. “Excellent service! I was a few minutes late after the office closed on a Saturday afternoon. Not knowing what to do with the package and preprinted label I checked with an employee who was still outside. She went above and beyond her duty, went back in and got me the address label pocket for me to put the label on and showed me where to drop the package. Highly recommended!”

Nadine is a joyful and dedicated person and you really had no business writing that about her.”
