“I used to visit the store frequently when one of my daughters played ice hockey. She doesn’t play anymore. But since I have been visiting the store for softball gear for my other daughter, I have been super impressed!! Gary M has been soooo helpful on the softball side, it is unbelievable. He has taken the time to talk to us about the correct bat for my daughter’s style of hitting and she has been super happy with the recommendation. Gary helped us to find the perfect fielders glove and the care and finesse he took with re-lacing and breaking it in for her, I would have thought it was his own glove. He treats every customer the way they should be treated. Does he own the store? As long as Gary is at the store, we will continue to come back!!”

I visited the store hoping to buy a North Face Triple C jacket, and even though they didn’t have it in stock, James took the time to walk me through the online ordering process step-by-step. He made everything clear and simple, and I left feeling confident about my purchase.

“I placed an order online for a new Franchise series cap. It fit perfectly, which I expected since I have a similar one already. The first one was a Boston Red Sox hat. The new one I ordered is a Pittsburgh Steelers. I have other '47 brand hats, but these are fitted. I really like '47 the best because of the fit and appearance they offer.This is my first time ordering from them online. In the past, I have purchased these from brick-and-mortar stores.My expectations are high, and I think this will be one of my better decisions.Looking at the pictures posted and reading some of the reviews, they seem like they are not only a great company when it comes to manufacturing hats, but good to deal with, as well as to work for.I signed up for the Rewards program and they welcomed me to the family... Very nice. I was happy to realize, this company is located just north of Boston Massachusetts and is less than two hours from my house...I am very happy with my purchase. 47 Brand manufacturers my favorite hats!I am hoping they restock the 47 Grove Camo Knit hats so I can get one. I hoped to get one last year, but it seems they sold out and never restocked for some reason... I believe it was exclusive for the Pittsburgh Steelers Pro Shop.I am keeping an eye out and hope alive.”

“I have been purchasing batting gloves for 30 years from this company. For the past 10 years they have been custom. Franklin Sports has excellent customer service. I just read the single review on here and it is amazing how ridiculous people are today. Totally unfair and Franklin's explanation makes perfect sense. "we count days differently"????? Complete joke of a response from the reviewer. Let me tell you about my experience. Anytime...ANYTIME I have an issue with my gloves I email the company with a photo and they resolve it right away. There have only been a few of those. They are also very quick to respond. The guys are super. I am capable of understanding how days and weeks work in the real world. I am capable of waiting the six weeks for the gloves to ship because that is the expectation level the company sets.”
