“Fantastic service! My friend recently got a new phone because his old phone was not turning on. So we were having trouble getting into his Google account on the new one. So we took his old one here and a friendly employee immediately got to work helping us and taking apart the old phone. Replaced the power button to no avail but came to the conclusion it was the motherboard and would need further repairs if we so inclined. She didn't want to charge us but I gave her a tip anyway! You are in good hands if you go here!”

“Rodrigo went above and beyond to help my girlfriend. Her phone, brand new, mysteriously broke over night and she had to jump through some crazy hoops just to get it sent back. Apple gave her a loaner phone, but she needed her number for work codes and when she called, AT&T call center had her on hold for an hour and half and refused to help her. When we went to the grove st location, hoping it would make a difference, Rodrigo stepped up and made everything come together, set her phone up, and got rid of the stress. He did this while juggling other folks needing help, and frankly it was quite impressive how attentive he managed to be while tasked with manning the store alone. 5 star service - thank you Rodrigo.”
