“Fantastic service! My friend recently got a new phone because his old phone was not turning on. So we were having trouble getting into his Google account on the new one. So we took his old one here and a friendly employee immediately got to work helping us and taking apart the old phone. Replaced the power button to no avail but came to the conclusion it was the motherboard and would need further repairs if we so inclined. She didn't want to charge us but I gave her a tip anyway! You are in good hands if you go here!”

“I came into Verizon from Tmobile because my bill was honestly getting ridiculous with 4 kids on my plan. Reed helped me switch everything over and made the whole thing way easier then I expected. He explained stuff in a way that actually made sense and helped save me a ton of money too. We got all the phones transfered over without any issues and I left so happy. Super thankful for all his help. If you go there ask for Reed!!”

I do not know her, but her assistance this week has been spectacular. “I switched from ATT to verizon today for my family. It was a road, trying to get it done, lots of it on the ATT side, so if you make that specific shift, might take some time. I was there for quite awhile. Jayden was solid throughout, worked with me until we eventually got it done. Very knowledgeable, patient, persistent, easy to work with. His new trainee was very nice as well, not sure I got her name. I feel bad - there was another customer there behind me that had to wait as I was taking so long. He got frustrated and left a bad review. It wasn’t even an issue that Jayden could help him with….”
