“I had a good experience renting a car with this Enterprise branch. The reservation process was fairly simple, and the customer service agent was helpful and professional. They also made it easy to modify my reservation online, which was useful as my schedule changed multiple times. It was also quick and easy to pick-up and drop-off the car. They were not very strict about the pick-up and drop-off times and an employee even helped drive me to the auto body shop after I returned my rental. I'll be glad to rent from this Enterprise again in the future.”

“They didnt have a car available when we got there, but our plane was delayed and we were about an hour late. They got us in a car that was an upgrade for no additional cost and got us on our way.
Great customer service and an easy location to get in and out of. The upgraded car was essentially brand new with only ~ 1500 miles on it and was fantastic to drive!”

Billy gave me a great price on my trade and Chris delivered the car in perfect condition. “Upon entering, I was greeted by Shevonne, she was so awesome!!!unfortunately just my luck there were no gas cars. Except a chevy bolt electric car. Shevonne told me I was going to like this car. I being driving this car for a week and I really enjoy my rental car is sooo fast. The prices are very reasonable and the car quality is great. I have always felt taken care of - This place seems to attract employees who are invested in providing high quality service.”
“My insurance agency set me up with another car rental company who wanted to charge me extra for the rental each day. I told my company to find a car rental place within my policy and that place was Hertz! Initially, the rental car I received had a strong smoke smell, which was tough since I'm a non-smoker. The heat on the day I picked it up made it worse, but the staff at Hertz were great. It took me a couple of days to get over there to swap out the vehicle but when I did, they upgraded my vehicle. When I returned it, the attendant even went out of his way to thank me for keeping it clean. Excellent customer service! Even though my insurance paid for this rental, I would definitely return here for any rental needs.”

I had an issue with the car (engine light came up during out of state travel), Enterprise roadside assistance were helpful and the reps at the other location (Charleston, WV) ensured I got a comfortable car to get back home. Overall 5 stars for the reps that make the company get 5-stars. I surely recommend Enterprise Tewksbury.”
