“Nothing but great experiences here!! I drive a beater that I've had since high school, and I've ran into a few issues since my car is essentially an old, beat-up tank. My dad is a mechanic, and he usually helped working on my car - but I've since moved up here and I've been hesitant on going to a shop because I'm worried I'd be taken advantage of. Pricing is affordable and they're completely transparent. When replacing my muffler, they noticed a hole in my catalytic converter that they patched for free. I had a broken mirror; and although their bodywork was completely booked they managed to order a new mirror and install it within a few days. They know what they're doing, and everyone I've spoken to here is friendly, honest, and will do the job right. I'll continue to be a repeat customer, and they're the only shop I'll trust with my loved and old little Corolla.”
“The guy that runs it is great. Was the easiest process of renting a car and his prices are great. I would go back to him in a second the next time I needed to rent a car. I've even had to keep it longer than needed which was no problem at all. I highly suggest his company”

“I apologize my review is long overdue!I rented a new car for a month from Xpress car rentals in October 2022, after my car was in an accident. The transaction was very smooth and easy. Dan and Ken are very Courteous, friendly, flexible, understanding and easy to work with. The car was immaculately clean, well maintained and great gas consumption. “Lost my car (2011 Equinox) in an accident, Called Enterprise on 11/27 around noontime.Ordered a compact rental for 1 week, Enterprise picked me up at12:30 pm. They didn't have any compact cars, so I was given a free upgrade to a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe ! Beautiful car, clean with a full tank of gas. Used the rental for Used Car shopping... Returned the Rental ~ 12 noon on Friday 12/1.Only was charged for 4 days, so the $$ was credited back to me.Very friendly staff, helpful and a GREAT RENTAL experience !”

“Before I came to Jax I had a horrible experience with Toyota in Woburn. I read the reviews for Jax and they were all positive so I decided to go and give this dealership a chance. Best decision I've ever made.. not only did I find a car I loved but Jason made the entire process easier then I could have imagined. All of this happened at the beginning of the covid-19 crisis and I didn't think i would be able to get the car until after due to most RMV's being closed. However, Jason managed to get in and get my plates and I had my car! Awesome customer service. I would recommend 10/10”
“I bought a new Ford explorer at Stoneham Ford and picked up the car on monday may 15th. Both Billy Pollack and Chris Santarpio were who I bought the car through. Billy gave me a great price on my trade and Chris delivered the car in perfect condition. Chris and Billy spent a lot of time with me and answered all my concerns and covered all aspects of the car operation. “Upon entering, I was greeted by Shevonne, she was so awesome!!!unfortunately just my luck there were no gas cars. Except a chevy bolt electric car. Shevonne told me I was going to like this car. I being driving this car for a week and I really enjoy my rental car is sooo fast. I love it!!All men enjoy a really fast car.Great recommendation.Shevonne is who helped me and she was so hospitable and thorough. In Massachusetts sometimes good customer service is hard to find. But at the Hertz at 831 Rogers St in lowell Shevone will go the extra mile with a smile. Thanks for the great work Shevonne!!!!”

“I understand that others have had less-than-stellar experiences here, based on other reviews, but I have rented a car there 4-5 times over the past few years and will be doing so again this weekend, and, each time, I've been served quickly and politely, and given a clean vehicle matching the proper category, which is all I require of a car rental business. For all I know, I've been lucky, or other reviewers have been unlucky, but I've never had any issue at all and recommend them.”
“When we got there they did not have the car I reserved. They offered a upgrade to a significant larger upgrade but only had two options. We were going on an extended trip covering a lot of miles so it cost much more for gas. Thankfully we ended up loving the vehicle. On our trip we noticed a tire issue and did not want to trade vehicles. I reached someone in the S.C. area and was connected with someone from the service center. Their customer service was awesome. He made arrangements for us to go there and they changed out tire , did an oil change and sent us on our way. What was lacking at the location we picked up from was made up for the outstanding service on the road.”
