GOOD JOB to whomever thought up that idea. We were there on business but wanted to explore and the staff was so gracious in giving great advice as to where and how we should to venture out. We took heir advice and the day went well!”

“I stayed at the Andover Inn for about a month while my house was undergoing repairs. The entire staff went above and beyond. By the end of the stay, i felt this place was my second home. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I also stayed in several different rooms. They were all very clean and well maintained. It’s also in a great location, short drive to the center of downtown Andover!”

“One of the best hotels to stay at, especially if you’re traveling with a pet! The location is great, and the hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms include a kitchen, which was incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The hotel also has a pool, laundry facilities, and a gym. Self parking available with no cost. Breakfast is included with the stay, although the options are somewhat limited. There isn’t daily housekeeping, but you can easily call the front desk if you need anything. It’s conveniently located near Burlington Mall and about a 30-minute drive to Boston. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again!”

“Our first time visiting Woburn MA and was amazing. The service was fantastic, excellent employees in front desk very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a great location near a good selection of restaurants and fast food places. The room was very clean and comfortable with a big bathroom and mini refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was good every morning and coffee or tea available all day and night. The pool is clean and excellent size for kids and adults too. This hotel is near the train station to commuter station to Downtown Boston. Definitely will be back soon.”

“Rooms are tight with 2 queen beds. Second bed barely had room to get the shade open or get into the bed. The air conditioner was blowing right on the person on that side of the bed. Maybe make sitting area smaller to be able to move the beds over. Our shower did not have conditioner. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast area set up limits seating and also makes it hard to get your food. On checkout day, they did not have room for everyone and had to open the meeting room to seat people for breakfast.”

“On 9/26 we had the Melrose High 50th Reunion here. And in a word, fantastic! From our initial contact Sonja Deros to the MOD Kahl we were treated with so much hospitality. The bartenders and all of the banquet staff served up wonderful food and drinks. The space was perfect for us and the food was divine. The rooms were perfect as well. I would highly recommend using these folks for your next event!”

“After staying at this property and reading Joey Barilla’s review, I felt compelled to share a very different perspective, particularly regarding his comments about the bartender, Michelle. First, I’ll acknowledge that the rooms are showing their age. They’re certainly due for a more modern update, and that’s something Marriott corporate should prioritize. That said, my room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s clear the staff takes pride in keeping this property in good condition despite its age. Now, about Michelle. I find it particularly interesting that someone who claims to have worked in the hospitality industry since the age of 14 could demonstrate such a limited appreciation for what it actually takes to manage a busy bar and dining area, especially when you’re doing the work of several people. During my stay, I watched Michelle handle an incredible amount of responsibility, almost entirely on her own. She wasn’t simply pouring drinks and taking orders. She was serving customers at the bar, managing food and beverage orders for guests seated throughout the lobby, clearing tables, collecting dishes, restocking supplies, and handling the countless other tasks necessary to keep everything running. She was effectively the bartender, server, busser, and barback, all rolled into one. And you know what? She absolutely crushed it. What impressed me most wasn’t simply how much work she was doing. It was that, despite constantly moving between responsibilities, she still found time to engage with customers, have genuine conversations, and make people feel welcome. She managed to provide a personal touch while juggling a workload that would challenge most people. Joey repeatedly complains that Michelle was “nowhere to be found” or that she would disappear into the back. I can’t speak to what happened during his visits, but I can tell you that during mine, when Michelle wasn’t physically standing behind the bar, she was generally busy taking care of something else. The work doesn’t magically stop when a bartender steps out of a customer’s line of sight. For someone with nearly two decades of claimed industry experience, I’d expect a better understanding of that distinction. And to be clear, there’s nothing wrong with expecting prompt service or being frustrated by a long wait. Those are legitimate concerns. But there’s a considerable difference between pointing out a service delay and declaring someone “the worst bartender and/or hospitality member” you’ve ever encountered without considering the responsibilities that person might be managing. If anything, my experience left me wondering why Michelle was being expected to handle so much by herself. If Marriott corporate wants to improve this property, it should start by updating the rooms and making sure employees like Michelle have the support they need. The last thing this hotel needs is to lose the people who are clearly working hard to keep guests happy. Michelle deserves recognition for her work, and I hope hotel management understands what an asset she is. As for Joey’s review, everyone is entitled to describe their experience. But claiming years of hospitality experience doesn’t automatically make someone’s assessment fair or informed. Sometimes it just makes their inability to recognize hard work that much more surprising. Michelle, outstanding job. Your effort didn’t go unnoticed, and I genuinely appreciate the hospitality you provided.”

“This was my first time here and I have to say it was a great relaxing stay. The area was quiet and next to a few restaurants and local stores. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was beautiful. My family and I enjoyed swimming in the pool and it was 6ft in the deep end. Waking up to a very nice breakfast spread as well. They let you check out at 12pm 🕛 one of my favorites stays so far! 10/10! I will be returning again and recommending to friends and family members!”

“We have stayed at this hotel several years through several.managers. Chester and Shila were instrumental in turning this hotel around. Cleanliness, friendliness, service all improved under their leadership. Unfortunately their hard work resulted in ownership raising prices. Partial reno was done but the pricing escalated tremendously. Chester has left the hotel which happens but rates over Oct 10 to 12 are now almost $400/night. We will have to find alternate arrangements as these rates are unconscionable for a limited service hotel. Shola keep up the good work and we wish Chester the very best whereever you wound up”

“Our stay at the Hilton Boston/Woburn was truly memorable, and the breakfast alone deserves its own spotlight. Every morning we felt we were able to start the day off right with all of Chef How’s cooking, clearly made with real care and pride. Beyond the food, it was the people who made this stay unforgettable. Juan, the head of engineering, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes, and it showed in every little detail. John at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness that it set the tone for our entire visit. And the restaurant staff deserve a huge thank you too, attentive, friendly, and always ready with a smile. We stayed in room 704 and felt completely at home throughout our time there. It’s rare to encounter a team this dedicated and this kind, and we feel genuinely honored to have met each of them. Thank you to everyone at the Hilton Boston/Woburn for such a wonderful experience. “Well, service was great at check in! But… the room lacked several items and it shows signs it’s dated (popcorn ceilings). Items lacked include: No luggage rack, no hair conditioner (though the front desk brought some up), no sheets / pillows for pull out sofa. Explicitly requested we have housekeeping daily. But…. This must be one of the cleanest mattresses I have seen at a hotel. Not a stain on it. Service on day 2 was good too. Honestly 2 things would make me give 5 star instead of 4 stars: A) offer daily housekeeping B) remove the popcorn walls Other than that, it’s nice. Service was something to note, it was good!”
