“Outstanding two week stay. Christina and Dareleen literally make you feel like family. They are so kind and customer service oriented. Don't be fooled by the underwhelming lobby--the rooms are large and clean, and the beds are comfortable.
Heads up that the drive into and out of Boston during high traffic times can take almost 2 hours. We were in naïve thinking that it would take less; but that's on us. Great, safe place to stay with a lot of shopping in the surrounding area”
“Our first time visiting Woburn MA and was amazing. The service was fantastic, excellent employees in front desk very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a great location near a good selection of restaurants and fast food places. The room was very clean and comfortable with a big bathroom and mini refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was good every morning and coffee or tea available all day and night.
The pool is clean and excellent size for kids and adults too. This hotel is near the train station to commuter station to Downtown Boston. Definitely will be back soon.”

A staff member yelled at my wife at the front desk she was very unprofessional and the manager Andrea Manny said she would give us a free night and 5000 points. 3 weeks ago this happened and we call everyday no one calls us back or helps out the management is awful a bunch of disrespectful people”

“I just did three nights at this hotel. I’ve also stayed there in the past. This is the upper echelon of the element hotels. Breakfast was made to order. Completely included in my stay the staff were all amazing I truly love staying at this hotel and in the area I can’t wait to be back. “Was in Boston for a convention and was very pleased with our stay. The rooms were both tidy and decently sized, while the bed was firm but still comfy. Location was close enough to anything we wanted to do while still being far enough away from the hustle of the city to be able to just relax. The staff was helpful, so checking in and out was a breeze. Parking was plentiful right outside the hotel. Lobby was open and had concessions to purchase if needed. Very good value for the price.”

“Just checked in and I love this place. I used to be a diehard Hilton customer until their rates went up about 33 percent this year. I would put this on par with a Hampton or H Garden Inn with free breakfast and modern comfortable rooms. There is a very busy restaurant and brewery attached to the hotel which is very convenient. Front desk lady was super nice and very efficient.”

“Great service. Our room did not have functioning AC on a hot summer day with nighttime temps 80s in the room. Management comped us for the night and switch our rooms, which was much appreciated. Sucked and lost sleep on an important weekend but at least Management was amenable. So I would stay here again.”

“Had great experience staying here with family and friends. Rooms could be better and ask for makeover specially the bathrooms. Bathroom had slider door but no locks, so keep that in mind. Beds were comfy with clean sheets and pillows.
Breakfast was a delight with freshly made omelettes right are the counter. It's little far from downtown but then very close to Burlington mall and Tesla supercharger.
They have 2 CCS chargers at sight but they always showed busy on the app and were hard to locate so better spend 5 mins and charge at the SC.
Free parking was a plus.
Staff were friendly and responsive. If I visit Boston again, we'll definitely consider them for sure.”

“The truth is, I wanted to give five stars in every category because I just came back from a hospital and rehab after recovering from spinal cord surgery. While I was there, this hotel was where my girlfriend and fiancé, Lisa, stayed.
She said they were extremely nice to her, and I'm really grateful to the hotel for treating her fairly and giving her such great service. It is close to her work, affordable, amazingly clean, and amazingly well-kept and well-run.
It's probably an underutilized hotel in the greater Boston area. They have rooms here for weddings and everything; I can't think of anybody who would be disappointed staying in one of these rooms for the price this hotel has.
It’s been a pleasure, and hopefully we're going to stay here for a little longer. I just wanted to say what a good place it was, and everybody who reads this should come here if they're going to be staying in the area and need hotel services.
As always, I have a million—and now it's up to 1.7 million views because of these reviews. They're important here and there, and this one's a good one for a good place.

“I had a really pleasant stay at this motel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Great value for the price, I’d definitely stay here again!”
